Outstanding hospitality, exceeding our expectations. The hotel is located on the bank of the river Ganges. Our room had an excellent view of the river and the forest covered hills across. Rooms were in very good shape and twice a day there was a call inquiring if there was anything that we needed. There was a verandah with chairs where we could sit and enjoy the view. A flight of stairs led to a lawn and a temple to Mother Ganga. A passage led to a small private ghat where Arati was performed. The hotel served delicious pure vegetarian food. There were some vegetarian Italian and Chinese items too. All of these were topped by hotel staff and supervisors whose politeness and efficiency were exemplary. As we were checking out we were presented with two bottles of Ganfa Jal.

The only ganga touch resort so close to Triveni Ghaat with excellent views. We opted for the Premium rooms with full ganga view 180degress. The breakfast spread was amazing and attentive. A la carte options are many so all cuisines are covered. Was a little dissatisfied with the dinner buffet service due to holiday rush but they were quick to rectify on pointing , thanks to Mr Sourabh and team. Ms Vidya at reception was very helpful with our chk in chk out, transfers ,and triveni ghaat information . As a parting gift they give ganga jal to all their guests . I loved the sweet small gestures like a cookie jar and Nam keen jar in room for in between munching , gifting us lovely herbal beauty samplers, and handmade teas!!!!

Amazing,helpful front office staff. Bad sales team. Hotel is a bit old, needs renovation. We paid 26k for 1 premium room for 2 nights, room wasn't worth it,we wanted a refund.Goibibo talked to sales team who kept misguiding us. Front office staff upgraded us to the best room available. Sales team even wanted us to pay for my anniversary cake (usually provided free at even half decent hotels , if informed in advance). 3 stars only for the front office staff here(disha and team), extremely worthless and manipulative sales team. I am never booking through goibibo ever in my life, better that people leave honest reviews here. Attaching photos of the room given to us earlier for 26k per night. It was very small and had old furniture, broken window, wooden floor that needs polishing.

Lovely stay,minutest details taken care of from yoga and meditation in morning to live flute playing during breakfast.Courteous staff,Rohit attended to us warmly and took care of our needs. And the view from the property is heartwarming.

If you’re planning to stay in Rishikesh look no further this has to be your stay. It has literally the best fine dine jal & jalebi Restuarant with most humble and welcoming staff members plus everything feels super comfortable and organic once you’re inside the property. People are very accommodating and quick to cater to your needs . It has the cutest jacuzzi with the best view and private ghat to access river Ganga in its full glory. Full amenities in luxury and rooms , washroom interiors plus the gaming zone is something you will fall in love with. Parking space is good and Ganga Aarti at the ganga temple is something you shouldn’t miss. Mr Balwant and chef Deepak are always ready to make your stay experience lit.

Great stay at the riverside resort. The price is a bit expensive, but the facility of a private Ghat is very attractive. The TV in the room was huge! The service and food was excellent as well. We’d definitely come here again on our next trip to Rishikesh.

Beautiful Resort. Amazing ambience. Pious. Authentic. Awesome service by Kamal ji in the Jal and Jalebi restaurant. Must stay on your visit to Rishikesh. Pious Ganga Aarti. Beautiful Private ghat. Serene experience. The food was delicious. Authentic aloo sabji Puri, jalebi rabadi. Pahadi thali was an off beat experience.

Hotel rooms are clean. Has its own entry into the Ganges which was great to have the privacy for a bath in the morning (using a pail). Really good staff. Really supportive and friendly and aiming to please. Great location and my room with view of the Ganges and the hills behind it was well worth the extra price for the waterfront facing room. The food was good but can’t say great but the service made up for it which like I said was stellar and the front desk staff really helped me. Enjoyed my stay.
