I had a great stay at The Luzerne Hotel in Dehua. The staff were warm and attentive, our room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel felt well cared for throughout. We did have to switch times at first because the previous guest had smoked in it but the next one was good. Its convenient location made it easy to reach nearby ceramics factories, and the breakfast offered a nice mix of fresh Chinese and Western options. Overall, it was a pleasant and reliable place to stay, and I would gladly return on my next trip to Dehua.

The front desk staff was very welcoming and even proactively upgraded our room since we had two kids with us. We had a very comfortable stay, and the breakfast selection was extensive, which the children loved.

This is a ceramic-themed hotel in Dehua. On the first floor, there's a shop selling ceramic products, and on the second floor, we booked a visit to the LuSheng brand exhibition. The hotel facilities are comprehensive and spacious. The breakfast area is lovely, and all the tableware used is from their own brand. At check-out, the front desk gave me a ceramic cup, which I really liked. I actually bought the same cup when I visited the exhibition on the second floor. We also tried Dehua's local black chicken and black lamb at a nearby restaurant.

Amenities: The room has a mini-fridge with complimentary drinks, and a welcome fruit platter is also provided. Cleanliness: The room was incredibly clean, and the heating was turned on in advance, so it was a comfortable temperature as soon as I entered. Lusheng Ceramics Factory Tour (requires booking at the front desk 1 hour in advance): The tour was quite interesting; I recommend booking it at the front desk if you have time.

The hotel was clean and tidy, but more importantly, it's part of the Dehua Lu Sheng Ceramic Factory's industrial chain. At Lu Sheng, we not only saw the ceramic production line but also got to experience pottery throwing and hand-painting with the kids, which they absolutely loved. This was the main reason we chose to visit. If we ever come back to Dehua, we'll definitely choose Lu Sheng again.

Good hotel, good customer service, fast check in, good room keeping, have provide night fruit and nice Chinese tea... We will visit again this hotel when come to De Hua...

Overall, it is a good experience staying in The Luzerne. We find it friendly to ladies, e.g., providing lavender night eye mask. The front desk is helpful, especially 小曾 and 小许. The hotel also offers free factory tour, DIY mug/plate painting at a special price and a retail shop featuring its crockery.

The family room we booked is very spacious for us( 2adults + 2 child). My gals love it. They even have a tent in the room for the kids and also story books for the kids to read. They provide complimentary fruits n drinks daily. And also a bottle of complimentary wine. Too bad our trip is too short we didnt have time to enjoy the facilities. Buffet breakfast is also good

good location with tidy room, we will stay at the same hotel for our next trip.

Everything was great..

The room including the toilet, is spacious. Fruits are sent to room every day and breakfast is good too. Stay includes a free ceramic factory tour and there is a ceramics shop inside hotel too.

I recently stayed at The Luzerne hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff was welcoming and attentive from the moment I arrived, making check-in smooth and quick. The room was clean, well-appointed.

Very good for a short term stay in Dehua, quiet and clean.
