The Seagate Hotel and Spa

We have stayed here before but unfortunately our room this time was awful. Don’t get room 229 it’s above a delivery zone, next to a service elevator, no window really it should never be sold as a room/ other than that we love the sea gate and the beach club is the best! The pool is also great

The location is great. The staff is friendly and helpful. The property is pretty and the beach club is wonderful.

It was ok but your people need to update themselves as far as appearance and friendliness. Not very well versed with dealing with the public . I was charged with parking and I don’t even have a car . If I wasn’t paying attention I would have paid for it . The only person I met that was awesome was the women that runs the gift shop on occasion who is originally from New York and now lives in DelRay

Incredible stay made more memorable by some outstanding customer service by a employee, CJ. Can't wait to return

The property was close to the beach and provided transportation to a private beach Lounge chairs, umbrellas and beverage service were available at the beach and the pools. The property was a bit outdated and definitely overpriced. Not only did they charge over $600 a night but also felt it necessary to charge $40 per night for parking and a resort fee on top of that. The restaurant was good for breakfast but dinner was way too expensive for the setting, $400 for 4 people with only 2 drinks. Fortunately there were other restaurants in the area. I wouldn’t stay there again. Many other quality options in the area

Its dated… rooms need some refreshing.. fridge was broken… closet doors and dresser was broken.. last 2 days of the stay room smelled like sewage… we spoke to the front desk at checkout to let them know… they didnt care.. they said they were starting a renovation apr 1…. We cancelled our stays there for march and april And booked other hotels

Great service and attention to detail from all the staff. We felt all our needs were anticipated and the staff was ready & willing to met them. We will be back.

The Seagate is a beautiful hotel in the best area - the staff specifically Anton was wonderful and do accommodating Recommend this hotel to all discerning travelers

The shuttle service was not what they said it was...first come, first served. Although we were there first and waited nearly 10 min for the shuttle, we were told we would have to wait until it took another couple who arrived after us to the beach club first.
