Номер достаточного размера, уютный. Санузел чистый.
Завтрак до 10:30. В первый день мне не понравился, на второй день все было отлично.
Персонал доброжелательный.

We kinda understand that the hotel is old. We are here for our anniversary trip check in is at 15:00 hrs front office gave us key we took our luggages to the room but was not ready. It’s very annoying since we expect it is 4 star hotel rated. Staff’s doesn’t communicate with each other from the housekeeping to the front office.hope the service will improve. They just gave us complimentary drinks for 2 which for me it’s so unprofessional to handle. Please focus on your service the location is nice but it’s unpleasant to experience this have to wait till our room is ready.

Spent four nights with the family in this decent hotel. Chose it because the comparable cost to Den Bosch centre hotels was so huge. By the motorway so is a little noisy but its not so bad. Nearest bus top is 10/15min walk and at times we used Taxis. Quite liked the warm feeling as you walk into the open reception area, but you notice that parts of the inside needs a refresh, however the hotel is clean (important!). Staff were helpful and friendly. Our room for three was perfect in terms of size but the bathroom was basic. No toiletries apart from hand/shower soap. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. We had breakfast and dinner in the restaurant for one day and the food was decent, though a expensive. There is a McDonalds next door which is an alternative. Don't expect an exceptional hotel, but happy to recommend if you want something better than basic. Would consider staying again, but will look at other options next time.

On January 16 at 22:00 the hotel management turned off the heating. It was -4C outside. The windows have single-pane glass to make the guests freeze faster and hear better the noise of cars from the highway. The night porter refused to call the management as they had finished their working day and they had to sleep and the clients would survive until morning. The room was very cold, I survived because I took a blanket from the second bed and heated the bed with a hair dryer. In the morning nobody apologized to me, but the porter laughed at me. If you like to live in winter without heating and a few meters from the noisy highway, this hotel is what you need.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS ...Rude staff on arrival, the room was just dreadful ... unclean, Unhygienic and they wouldn't change the room. I asked for the manager and wasn't available which I now know is a pattern of how they work. I couldn't move due to work commitments. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Staff great room adequate location reasonable but the full hotel needs a deep clean. they claim covid hygiene standards, but the room I had had not been cleaned since original lock down, toilet stained, first flush was black as if not been flushed for a year. soap dispensers seized up surfaces not spotless, Nespresso machine not emptied, (if your going to put a nice feature in place keep it nice). flying biting things in the room. ask for a room facing away from MacDonald's, all night noise even though we were on a 8pm curfew dont expect an UBER to come to take you anywhere there are none around. apart from that it was an enjoyable stay.

They did not clean the room for my 4 days stay. They said that it is their policy to clean the room only every 4 days. But this rule is not mentioned anywhere on their website or during booking. In addition the staff did not professionally solve the problem, they actually ignored my complaint. They also could not speak a proper english. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody.
