Arrived at 2130hrs - hotel had overbooked. Only room they had free had broken air conditioning, tv not working, broken wardrobe and nowhere to hang my suit, and they charged me Euro 6.50 because there was no water in the room But I was offered a drink at the bar - thanks

До отеля удобно добираться, остановка автобуса не далеко, возле макдональдса. Номер достаточного размера, уютный. Санузел чистый. Завтрак до 10:30. В первый день мне не понравился, на второй день все было отлично. Персонал доброжелательный. Отель рекомендую)

Het hotel zit midden in het centrum waardoor het gemakkelijk is om dit mooie stad te ontdekken. Je kunt voor een meerprijs ook de auto kwijt in de parkeergarage tegenover het hotel. De kamer was schoon en ruim genoeg voor twee personen. Wij hebben het bed en de kussen als comfortabel ervaren. Een aantal keine minpunten zijn: - De kast had alleen een ophangrek en geen planken om je gevouwen kleding op te leggen - De kamer had geen balkon, enkel een raam dat alleen op de kiepstand open kon - Het uitzicht vanuit de kamer was niet geweldig, wij keken naar de parkeergarage Ondanks deze minpunten hebben wij genoten van ons verblijf! Het ontbijt is uitgebreid, er is voor iedereen wat lekkers tussen. Alles was vers en het zag er keurig uit. Ook hier een kleine minpuntje, tijdens de uitleg is er gesproken over witte bonen in tomatensaus, maar helaas ben ik deze tot mijn grote teleurstelling niet tegengekomen :p Al met al is dit hotel een aanrader als je dicht bij het stad een kamer zoekt!

Vriendelijke ontvangst. Kamer die alles heeft wat ze beloven. Ook kregen we nog extra oploskoffie toen we daar om vroegen. Wel lekkage van badkamer boven ons. Dit doorgegeven, hopelijk wordt dit opgelost. Ontbijtbuffet was prima!.....

We spent 2 days in this top hotel last weekend. Super friendly staff all 1 for 1 topper. I had 2 rooms and I had a request upon arrival, they immediately went to see what was possible. The rooms were again super clean. The breakfast is very varied and when a fresh product is almost finished, new ones are made right away, even if you are the last to have breakfast, big names can learn something from that. We also enjoyed sitting on the terrace for a few hours. There was a nice cooling breeze in front of the hotel. And although it was quite busy with arrivals, we were wonderfully spoiled by Senna and Ralf our host and lady these days we were there. These great guys kept a close eye on us to make sure we weren't short of anything. We had a wonderful stay here again right in the center of Den Bosch. And have immediately re-booked for next year. And we will probably go again soon. PS I read in the reviews whole stories about parking that it is expensive for 1 day. But sorry you are parked in the middle of the center in a shopping street covered. That you park there is a choice. We always park at a p&r go by bus with our suitcase after the center you get out 100m from the hotel and you are parked for 4.50 per 24 hours. So you can make it as expensive as you want. We prefer to spend those 20 euros on the terrace.

Not a fan of leaving negative reviews but sharing facts. Did not receive email prior to arrival with details so I had to call first and received email with front door code. Upon arrival we received no email with room nr. Check in was self service with iPad and activating a key, that’s where you find out what room you are in. Very small room for price and not what you see online, (overpriced difficult to move around in) squeeky AC making it difficult to sleep crackling every 20 seconds. Bathroom extremely small and cold, no central heating in room. Could not use restroom with door closed for leg space, roof is slanted and bathroom as well so you can’t stand fully in shower if you are tall. Loud / heavy doors so other visitors would wake you. Lots of stairs, no elevator. Cleanliness is okay but not spotless which you would expect. Bed cover had hole in it. There is a night shop located next door with some shady people hanging around at night which makes entering and using the code uncomfortable if you are a woman with child (like us) Centrally located. Bed was super comfortable. Bed was made after the first day which was nice. Overal would not stay again but it’s easy if you need a quick last minute central place to sleep if you are out and about during the day.

Hele fijne uitvalsbasis midden in het centrum van Den Bosch! We hebben hier met een gezin van 3 een nachtje geslapen. Alles was beschikbaar: keuken, koffiezetapparaat etc. Inchecken gaat makkelijk via een code die je toegestuurd krijgt. De volgende ochtend hebben we ontbeten om de hoek, bij Frenchie Café (lekker ontbijtje en knus)! Parkeergarage Q-park Arena binnen 3 minuten lopend bereikbaar en ook de winkels/horeca op loopafstand. Al met al een super locatie om een nachtje te slapen als je Den Bosch bezoekt!
