Hotel Denarau Island dengan Gim

Overall a poor experience. Customer service. Most of the staff are nice and friendly and have the bula spirit, however our stay was tainted by some unfriendly staff at the main restaurant by the pool, which some of the staff don’t want to help providing baby chair and just forgot about the requests after all. The restaurant staff just simply looks very unhappy or tired for some reasons. We have met some very friendly face and lovely staff, but it was unfortunate the restaurant customer service is consistently horrible. Front desk staff shows don’t show the same level of hospitality as to other hotels we stay in Fiji. Room: It’s showing it’s aged but the view is fantastic and room is well equipped and spacious, it suits well for family with a plan to cook. We notified the staff that two of the pendant lights aren’t working on day one. Yet nothing is fixed until check out. Food: We try buffet breakfast and dinners at the main restaurant and also take away from the red Buddha restaurant. Breakfast is pretty standard and average considering it’s Hilton, we stay at many Hilton hotels before, the food is one of the worst experience we had, in particular the buffet dinner, choices are very limited, it’s pretty much just a corner of food , pretty subpar comparing to Sofitel or Sheraton. Overall. With similar price it is hard to recommend this hotel to family especially with kids, the staff seems to have too much trouble to handle the demand of young kids and didn’t stand up to the great Hilton branding which is a bit of a shame. Rooms got beautiful view, foods aren’t great. The only bright spot would be the spacious hotel room.

Great hotel. Lots of things to do within the resort, very friendly to kids. Plus other activities like the watersports point (those ppl were amazing too). Amazing staff. Hotel itself is fine. Reasonably clean and well-equipped. Actually very pretty with a lot of greenery and foliage around, that felt much more natural and authentic, than just a green lawn that resorts tend to sport these days. (like for ex Sheraton next to it has. We preferred Radisson's look) Our only problem was, that the quality of coffee was pretty bad and we ended up having to walk to the neighbouring Sheraton to get a good cup of coffee.

除了酒店的沙灘因是黑沙顯得不那麼清澈之外，這家酒店達到預期。酒店很大，綠化很好，別墅的泳池也非常乾淨。一家六口出行選擇了含早晚餐的別墅，性價比很高。早餐符合五星級酒店標準，自助晚餐如果現場買是129斐濟幣，每天有三文魚，大蝦之類的海鮮，在我們住的三天裏，還吃到了琵琶蝦，大青蟹。一家人在這裏度過了愉快的假期。需要注意的就是，離店時一定要看清消費後再付款，我們就是因匆忙離開沒仔細看，不是我們的消費記在了我們名下，是我們的消費又漏記了一些，好在後來交流後都妥善解決了，前台有中文服務，挺方便的。落日很美！

We enjoyed two nights here before heading to the Coral Coast. While there isn't the ocean views that the resorts have, it's lovely to sit on the verandah and enjoy the tropical greenery and look over the pool. The pool was never crowded and bar/cafe service was good. The port is just across the road and we did a half-day South Sea Island cruise very conveniently. The shops were also close by and we got what we needed for not much more than the supermarkets in Nadi (and a better selection). The apartment was clean and spacious (although the third bedroom was quite small) and it was good to have two bathrooms. The main reason for only four stars is the design of the units. Being upstairs, and split over two levels, the 2 & 3 bedroom units are not ideal for the elderly or families with small children who can't carry their own bags. Thanks to the staff who were very helpful with cot/high chair etc and restocked our coffee as needed.

First time for our family (2A, 2C under 8) to visit Club Wyndham and boy did we all love it! There is something for everyone, the kids LOVED kids club. Mere and Sala were so loving, kind, energetic and patient with our girls. They loved telling us what new things they made or activities they did and it gave us the time to enjoy the peace and quiet and meet new people. The rooms were so spacious and homely. We had 4 room changes during our stay and each one the kids were so excited to see their room. Loved that there was everything you need in the kitchen, super helpful when we went out to the market to buy fresh fruit. The staff, the staff are AMAZING! We arrived as guests and left as family. The staff spent their breaks playing with our kids in the pool, entertaining them, loving them, it was such an experience - it obviously showed when it came time to say goodbye, my girls were so sad and gave the biggest hugs to everyone. We were so blessed to have a few of the staff serenade us with a farewell song as we departed.They really did make our trip so incredible, we cannot wait to come back at the end of the year. Our family visits Fiji every year but this trip, this one was special and so memorable. Vinaka vakalevu Matt, Ziggy, Izzy, Waqa, Kiti, Mere, Sala, Sio and our expert carver Wise. We were lucky enough to experience the Adults Only Waitui Beach Club Package which gave us a little bit more luxury of being pampered at the Spa and entry into the more sophisticated Journal Lounge. At the lounge we had daily complimentary high tea which was delightful, Bubbly with Breakfast and delicious complimentary sunset cocktails or Gin and Tonic with a beer for Hubby! The staff in the Executive Lounge went above and beyond with their service, in particular Payal who had such grace and Professionalism, Kara with her infectious laugh and Agnes who was a delight with her quiet demeanor. Mili, Loyalty Supervisor, thank you for checking with us that our stay was meeting our expectation (which it was) and giving us an insight on how the resort was travelling since Covid. Waitui Beach Club Grill...you cook an excellent steak and your staff's recommendation of the fish curry was spot on considering I hadn't tasted one before. Thank you to your staff who always made us feel welcome, especially Vau who always remembered our names throughout our stay! A big thank you to Claire too for indulging me with some French conversation which I remembered from my school days! Finally, thank you to Solo for your professionalism and friendly nature in both checking us in and out. We ran out of paper to note down more staff but please note you are all exceptional too. SEE YOU NEXT YEAR!!!

This was the second time we have stayed at the Palms. Will definitely stay again in the future because it is so convenient to Port Denarau. The 2 bedroom apartment is spacious with 2 bathrooms , full kitchen and lounge. We had ground floor which had an outdoor seating area Higher floors had balconies. We walked there from the Port after our 6 days in the Yasawa Islands.

Usaia is the best employee here. His unbelievable service made my honeymoon perfect and fantastic. He recommended and taught me lots of information here in Sheraton and Fiji. Actually, we were only one Asian couple, so everything was too new for us, but bying talking with Usaia, he made us feel relaxed and better. I highly recommend Sheraton because of Usaia and his service. Thank you, Usaia.
