Great resort for families for budget and apartment style accommodation

酒店環境綠化很密，酒店門口的墨西哥菜不錯，游泳池比較好，晚上看日落佳。就是入住時化了不少時間，通知攜程後得到解決，房間廚房用品多，房間很大。就是有些設施有點舊。

What a wonderful place to take your family. Molly, the babysitter was so friendly and kind. Zac who took us for aqua aerobics was fun. All the staff we amazing and helpful. And everyone is so friendly. The 2 bedroom and 1 bedroom units we were in we so spacious and clean. They had everything you need for the week including washing machine, dryer, full kitchen and air conditioning. The pools were wonderful and the view was the most relaxing. The food at the restaurants and cafes was delicious We will definalety be back.

From when you first disembark from your car you will hear the words "Bulla Bulla" throughout your entire stay in Fiji and be greeted with an enormous smile. Club Wyndham may not have all the bells and whistles (massive foyer and many shops) as its competitors but it makes up for this in the gardens that surround your accommodation. Many staff are there for you no matter what you request? As a family of 8 we immersed ourselves in the many activities on offer (aqua aerobics by far our favourite) Shout out to Peni ("without an 's'"). We even talked our big bro into participating. Great way to start our day. I particularly enjoyed the adults only pool area where I enjoyed my time reading and sipping on cocktails. I finished up my 12 day stay with a relaxing massage/facial at their spa retreat. Just beautiful. A huge thankyou to all staff at Club Wyndham.

Didn’t stay but got conned into a holiday club(aka timeshare) presentation, with a huge discount on a full day island tour . Reserved our spots only to be told after the sales push that they hadn’t reserved it and there was no availability. Such a scam , done on purpose I feel . Would not expect that level of dishonesty , great way to waste a half day of our holiday . Avoid at all costs totally not worth your time !!

This was our third trip to Denarau. We had a week each with friends, whanau and just us... a really nice balance. Our apartments have always been first floor and the balconies are such a great addition. The one thing that I thought of this trip was that a couple of loungers would be brilliant for chilling out with a good book. ... possibly easier with a ground floor apartment. We adore Fiji! So very much to recommend the country, and the Wyndham Resort is stunning! We cannot speak highly enough.

Mela was a great host at the adults only pool. Nothing was a problem and she was helpful and friendly. The choice of cocktails daily was great and the food was great as well. I would strongly recommend you check out the Adult only pool and check out Mela’s cocktail skills.

If we had nothing to compare it to, I would say it was a good stay. But, compared to 5 years ago, the customer service and the quality of the site has gone down and is outdated. We still remember a lot of the old staff who made us feel welcomed like family, that was not the feel we received this vacation. First we booked the night before knowing our flight was coming in early morning. Had to go back and forth with the receptionist checking us in just for her to see we were correct and able to check in our room. Our room phone did not work- they finally fixed it the night before check out, so going down to the lobby 3 times (over a course of 2 days) to ask for towel exchanges was a huge inconvenience. Which, was met by a “you have to pay to exchange towels” and a passive aggressive stance as if she were expecting an argument from us. Let me say, Imeri- that was probably the biggest let down from our trip. For us to be inconvenienced multiple times just to receive attitude for wanting fresh towels. Visiting neighboring hotels for dinner, the food, ambience, and facilities here could use some improvements. For some positives, we loved seeing Sala and Va every morning for our coffee and pastries. That was the best part of our hotel stay. The greeters at the front, always happy and singing and checking in to make sure we were having a good day. We love passing by them every morning for a quick Bula or funny banter. Please keep them, they add value to the holiday experience.

Great vacation setting , well appointed rooms ,and super friendly staff throughout the resort. Weather was absolutely beautiful and beware the sun does have a bite to it even behind the clouds. The phaser of our ground floor 2 bedroom apartment with assisted living style bathrooms . Big shout out to Benny at the aqua aerobics and Merenani.
