Stayed for 2 nights. Very clean. Standard room size. Mattress is firm and of western size. Beddings/towels are crisp and clean. Has fridge, TV, full sized and vanity mirrors, safe, baggage rack, lounge chair with side table... Location is fantastic. Just in front of the main bus terminal. The train station is about 300 meters. Breakfast buffet is ample and decent. A very good kebab and pide restaurant right at the back of the block. Turkcell dealer close to the hotel and sells sim for tourists at half the price quoted in airport. Look for Ibrahim, a very nice, helpful and friendly hotel staff. In fact, everyone working at this hotel is helpful and polite. A steal for the price.

Otel biraz eski ama çalışanların hepsi çok candan ve ilgili gençler, sizi rahat ettirmek için gerçekten emek harcıyorlar. Otel sahibini böyle güzel organizasyon yaptığından dolayı tebrik ediyorum.

De l'extérieur, l'hôtel semble accueillant et agréable. Toutefois, dès notre premier contact avec l'équipe, nous avons été surpris par leur froideur : ils n'ont pas voulu que l'on paye par carte bancaire, en nous disant qu'ils n'avaient pas de lecteur, alors que nous pouvions le voir derrière le comptoir. Ensuite, nous avons été conduits à notre chambre : elle ne possédait pas d'aération, ce qui entraîne une odeur de moisissure constante, en plus d'une humidité très désagréable. Je pense qu'il est d'ailleurs dangereux de rester dans cette atmosphère plusieurs nuits, notamment pour de jeunes enfants. De plus, les matériaux utilisés dans la salle de bain ne sont pas de qualité : le lavabo n'est pas bien vissé et les toilettes évacuent les fluides par un trou situé à côté, et non pas en dessous... Je vous laisse imaginer le problème. Le déjeuner était bon, mais sans plus, que des produits industriels. La piscine n'était pas non plus accessible, mais je ne peux pas m'en plaindre, ça n'est que le début de saison. L'emplacement est très bon, je ne peux pas leur enlever cela. Enfin, nous avons payé le lendemain de notre arrivée : depuis ce moment, aucune politesse, aucun échange, même pas un bonjour ni sourire. Même lors de notre départ, ils ne sont même pas venus au comptoir, mais nous ont juste fixé depuis leur canapé. Je comprends que certains touristes puissent être agaçants et malpolis, que ce métier n'est pas toujours facile, mais je ne comprends pas non plus cette attitude. Enfin bon, le prix n'était pas si élevé, mais je me devais d'écrire ce message pour les familles qui paieront le prix fort cet été et qui feront face à ces dysfonctionnements.

My friend and I had an awesome stay at this place just a week ago. Very clean hotel in the center with easy access to the airport by shuttle. The hotel personal is incredible, super friendly and helpful . Breakfast was excellent, food is fresh and delicious;Turkish tea and coffee was provide at all time. Hospitality is beyond believe, you will feel like home! Highly recommend, you will enjoy your stay!!

Je vous conseille fortement cet appart hotel situe tres proche des travertins de pamukkale. J’ai sejourne en famille avec mes 3 enfants. Chambre tres propre et neuve. Bon petit dejeuner. Hôtel familial. J’y retournerai sans hésiter.

Genel olarak bakımlı ve temiz bir otel. Ancak emsalleriyle kıyaslandığında biraz modernizasyon ihtiyacı olduğu da açık. En azından ışıklandırma ve mobil cihaz şarj imkanları açısından. Duş teknesinde akıntı hatası nedeniyle oluşan su birikmesi dışında bir aksaklık görmedim. Kahvaltı da fena değildi. ”-” yönler; ekmek köşesi, meyve eksiği.

The hotel is a spa hotel in the middle of nowhere. Its guests are mostly group tours making a stopover in Pamukkale enroute to Cappadocia or Ephesus. As the hotel is isolated, dinner has to be at the hotel. With nothing else to do, the best option would be to dip in the thermal pool or have a relaxing massage.

The receptionist, a knowledgeable older gentleman, became our guide to the area, generously sharing insights about the local culture and the do's and don'ts. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a family suite, enhancing our overall experience. Given the advice about tap water, the hotel took extra care to provide us with an abundance of bottled drinking water, completely free of charge. The attention to detail continued with a breakfast that exceeded expectations, offering a variety of delicious options. During check-out, the staff demonstrated their commitment to excellent service once again. They not only assisted in booking a taxi but also gifted us a lovely souvenir—a Pamukkale magnet—a thoughtful touch that added a special touch to our departure. In summary, Pamukkale WhiteHeaven Suite Hotel surpassed my expectations with its friendly staff, generous amenities, and a commitment to making every guest feel valued. I highly recommend this hotel for an exceptional and memorable stay in Pamukkale.
