Great hotel for a great price! It was just a one night stay, but very glad this is the hotel that we choose. The bed was super comfortable and the A/C was ICE COLD! The young man at the front desk who checked us in was very nice as was Charles when we checked out. The breakfast was great. Plenty of hot and cold items to choose from and the area was kept clean. Highly recommend this hotel.

I initially enjoyed my stay in the Queen suite when I needed a room for my bachelorette night festivities. In the rush to get out of the door in the morning I accidentally left my jewelry box. I understand the hotel is not liable for items that were stolen once left, but beware!! Once I retrieved my box the next day my most precious ring was STOLEN! The other items in my box were clearly messed with while they were seeing what all they wanted to take. I am very disappointed in the quality of the staff they choose to employee and hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Please be sure to use the safes and be wary of the housekeepers! I’m sure this is not the first time they have stolen items from guests.

Pembantu rumah cuba masuk 30 minit sebelum daftar keluar dan gadis di meja ketika mendaftar masuk bukanlah yang paling mesra tetapi bilik itu sendiri adalah yang paling bersih yang pernah saya masuki sejak sekian lama dan saya sering menginap di hotel yang lebih bagus. Semuanya sangat bagus dan selesa, saya akan kembali lagi.

Valerie at the front desk was so welcoming, efficient and helpful. Made me feel right at home and really grateful that I chose your hotel. Lobby and elevator were very clean as well as the dining area. Breakfast was appreciated as well. Room was comfortable and clean for the most part. There was some scary brown liquid drips on the wall next to the bed, so not perfect, but overall I would still recommend.

5536amandaq*lengthy review* I stayed there with my family/friends in late July.we had a total of 4 rooms. The hotel itself was very nice. But we had the worst experience I’ve ever had at any hotel in my life!!. While we were very excited to meet up with family in the area and We all got dressed and fancy up for a dinner outting. Had an amazing time in the Dallas area. To wake up to these disgusting little red bite marks ALL OVER OUR BODIES. I spoke to the manager via email about the issue to only be accused of getting hit by fire ants. FIRE ANTS!!! There’s NO WAY my family and I got bit by fire ants and DIDNT know. We were fine when we went to sleep and woke up covered in these Insanely itchy bites. When we got back home I was advised to wash everything we took into the room. I check our luggage with a flashlight Which there, I found a dead bed bug. A disgusting BED BUG!!! I’ve never in my life seen one of these or even been bit by these. The manager at this property obviously didn’t believe me and customer serve didn’t seem to care either. They just said a claim was made. The property supposedly had someone “check” the room to find “nothing” I don’t believe that at all. There’s no way we got bit by fire ants or anything else (all over our bodies) without knowing. It obviously happened in our sleep. I’m furious with the dismissal of our situation. I was a Marriott employee at the time and I thought soo highly of my company and how great we took care of our customers. UNTIL this stay. I wouldn’t recommend staying at this property to anyone. I find it absolutely unacceptable that whenever I woke to in the customer service center claimed WE were the ones that brought it with us. I have children at home and now have to pay an exterminator to make sure my home isn’t infected. I can’t imagine how many other people have had to deal with this and get the same response from there in-caring management.

PPengguna TetamuHappy with the stay. Hotel is clean, both common areas and room. Check in staff was great. Location was convenient for our needs. Very good breakfast/lunch restaurant only minutes away (Starwood Cafe). Hotel has a small bar and restaurant, but we did not use them. Both looked clean and well kept. Other guests were obviously enjoying them.
only complaint, the room HVAC kept cycling and the fan was a little loud. I'm a light sleeper, so it probably impacted me more so than the average person.

PPengguna TetamuService was great. We felt welcomed upon arrival and were even given restaurant and family fun recommendations. The rooms, restrooms, and bed were all clean and comfortable. The area of the hotel was quiet and relaxing feet away from the Hawaiian Falls Waterpark.

SSally RimanI chose the facilities and location on purpose,however the pool was closed due to inspection not complete. Breakfast was fine but somewhat cold. Service at desk was excellent--staff friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Housekeeping staff was not thorough--found dirty underwear behind desk and under couch and there was a very strong mildew smell in the bathroom. Hall was not vacuumed and when we asked for a room cleaned, it was not done very well. I am assuming they were short-staffed like everyone else but they should address the mildew, which is not healthy. I loved the fact that there was a full kitchen and we were able to be on the first floor.

It is complete with all necessities in the room (ironing, fridge, microwave, hair dryer and coffee maker). Breakfast starts at 6.30 for weekends.

PPengguna TetamuUsed to really like this property because of their Bistro -- breakfast to order, dinner available & bar. But breakfast is now same as previous free continental offering, yet you have to pay. No dinner or bar service. Rooms are tired and need upgrading. Water was hot & hotter even in toilets -- no cold water in our room. Air conditioner is old style window unit and thermostat was off by many degrees so we had to keep adjusting it. One of two elevators did not work --- same last time we were there. Employees say hotel has new owner and remodel is coming starting in November --- certainly due! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will try this property again after remodel is complete --- maybe in the spring of 2022.
