酒店三樓裝修，稍微有點影響入住體驗。隔音一般般，正常走路也感覺樓板咚咚響。早餐另付的感覺不是很划算，最好訂帶早餐的。

We stayed her for one night because my son had a competition nearby. We arrived very late in the evening, check in was very convenient and having a small grocery store in the lobby with a self checkout kiosk was helpful (my kid was hungry but it was so late so having this option was great). Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The waitstaff service in the morning for breakfast was top notch! It was a great start to our day.

We received several phone calls on the land line. Each time we answered, no one said anything. We unplugged the phone.
The shower door did not completely close when we took a shower.
The walls seemed very thin. We heard alot of outside noise throughout the night and very early morning.
The bartender was very nice.
The lotion was great.

Room was not ready upon arrival. Staff was not friendly or accommodating. I had prepaid my stay, they charged me again. Then said it would take 5-7 days to show a credit back to my account. For something so easy to book online, it was an absolute debacle. Staff needs to be trained professionally.

Staff was friendly, hotel was clean and quiet. The gym was kept clean and restocked with towels daily. The pelaton in the gym was a big plus!

Was a fantastic stay. Only issues were no bath tub, and A/C died on Chistmas Eve morning. Had to switch rooms but not horrible. Really enjoyed the rest of our stay.
