Our tv in our room didn’t work. One of the bed frame made so much noise when you moved. We told the front desk but the person working there simply ignored us and didn’t say anything.

I found roaches in my room. They sent someone to spray some chemicals while I was in the room with my family and I stopped the person. They should do it in my absence. Dissapp

Room was modern and clean. Staff was very accommodating. Had a couple things I needed staff to respond to and they were very helpful. The location is on I-35 with tons of construction at this time, so be prepared. Complimentary breakfast was 7 AM to 10 AM, allowing for flexible morning schedule. I’d stay here again.

Checked in the front desk guy was very nice and professional. The hotel appeared to be clean and no bad smell. The room was nice ,but when my mom and I got ready to lay down for a nap we saw roaches in the room.

The front desk clerk was very rude. They made put a security deposit and then when I was checking out it took almost 30 min to go check room before they would give it back.

The property’s needed lots of repair: the fake trees, grass was overgrown and patchy, the hallway wallpaper was peeling, the baseboards looked rotten, and there was a mildew smell in the room. The breakfast wasn’t good and the apple and orange juice were extremely watery.

We reserved this hotel because it had an indoor pool since it was too cold for an outdoor pool. But the hotel was being remodeled and the pool was closed and under construction. Had we know we wouldn’t have stayed here since that’s why we chose it.
