Express check in, great location, friendly staffs, the water in the toilet smells very bad

Good location for your stay during any seminar or conference in UGM or other University in Jogja. It is convenient to go, not by walking, but faster with Grab motorbike.

Conveniently located within walking distance from the university. Friendly staff. Only complaint is that the facilities are old

We stayed here for four nights for a conference at UGM. There was a shortcut to the university at the side of the university. There was a nice walking area around which is ideal for a morning walk. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good with varieties of local food.

Located next to the Gajah Mada University, a nice place to stay and closed to many shopping mall. The breakfast served with various choices, from nasi goreng to western toast bread. The staffs was very helpful and provide a very good service.

This hotel is very good value for money. I was also very impressed with their offer to prepare takeaway breakfast because I have to catch a very early train for an early flight to Singapore. They called Grab for me to the train station.

Good for the price

It has a drinking fountain which is very nice cause you don't have to worry about drinking water problems. The location is good cause it is close to a university, quite a lot of cheap and great restaurants nearby, in walking distance there is even a street stall street (operates only after 4:30 pm). The room is spacious, and the noise insulation could be better, but I'm pretty satisfied already.

The hotel seems to be related to UGM University. The location is very close to the university. There are also commercial streets and supermarkets nearby, which is convenient for travel. The traffic conditions in major cities in Indonesia are average. The hotel service is good and the food in the restaurant is also good. The room is a bit old, but it has basic facilities. There is a water dispenser in the corridor of the guest room, which is very practical.

A hotel with facilities that exceed expectations. Spacious, smart TV, dispenser and refrigerator

Fast check in/check out process. The rooms are spacious enough for a 3 star equivalent, with comfortable parquet floors (does not cause cold feet). However, the AC in the room I stayed in was not optimal enough, apparently the equipment needed to be rejuvenated. Breakfast is quite okay.
