此時此刻，我不知道應該用什麼樣的方式來表達我的感激之情，衹能用文字去給大家描述亞朵帶給我的感動。雖然衹在德清待了一天，也正是這一天讓我感受到了從未感受過的温暖。這次來德清是因為孩子過來參加競賽，因為之前聽朋友提起過亞朵的服務，所以選擇了位於高鐵站旁邊的亞朵，入住當晚孩子高燒不退，打電話到前台問有沒有退燒葯，前台説沒有口服葯，但是給我送了退熱貼和温度計，用完以後體温還是沒有好轉，因為對周邊不熟，所以再次打電話給前台尋求幫助，他們告訴我讓休息的同事送我們去對面醫院，對於身在異鄉的我此時也顧不得有沒有給人家添麻煩，馬上收拾東西準備過去。到醫院已經是半夜了，他們幫我去掛號、開葯，忙到快12點多才回去，在這裏真的非常感謝亞朵工作人員，也非常認可你們的服務！第二件事讓我對亞朵也有了新的認識，第二天中午差不多飯點的時候，我帶着孩子去旁邊餐館吃飯，碰巧遇到他們店的人也在這裏，因為周邊還在施工，所以有不少工人也在這裏吃飯，當時大概情況是這樣的，酒店的人過來吃飯帶了一些罐裝的自製菜過來，菜就放在一張空桌上，然後來了一些工人坐到了原本他們的座位上，工人打完飯菜後可能以為那是店家提供的，於是就準備吃，店家因為從一開始就看到這是亞朵的人放的，於是就過去跟那些工人説這個是別人的隨即拿走放到了一張空桌上並跟亞朵的人説你們的桌子有人坐了，菜給你們放到新的桌子上了。事情到這裏還算普通，但是那個亞朵的工作人員後面拿着那個菜去往了工人那一桌，並拿了一個碗把他們自己帶的菜分給那些工人吃，看完後，我發現他們的服務是發自內心的善意，並不一定是大愛，而是藏在很多的細節裏。這就是我這次入住亞朵讓我深受感動的兩件事，再次對亞朵的照顧表示感謝，對亞朵的夥伴表示感謝，對亞朵的服務表示高度的讚揚！

I usually really enjoy staying at Hilton, but unfortunately this time was not a great stay. We payed extra for breakfast buffet which we did not receive, which was very disappointing. We could not sleep at night as there was many small lights in the room which could not be turned off, which caused us to have a bad nights sleep.

春節期間前往千島湖獅城遊玩，回程半夜直接開回上海太累，簡單過渡一晚不想預訂高星酒店，無意間發現這間沿途的國際品牌快捷酒店價格無比美麗，並且看到攜程展示有免費停車場且無需預約車位，於是果斷預訂。
設施方面，實際體驗下來，雖然宜必思在雅高陣營中屬於底層序列（本來就是快捷酒店嘛），但這間最新一代的宜必思，無論公區和客房都主動迎合年輕人的潮流風格，並配備智能馬桶、電動窗簾等智能設備，已經趕超了同集團下部分老版本美居甚至諾富特的設施，值得肯定。另外，酒店的早餐出品非常可圈可點，一般快捷酒店的中式簡餐配置，在這裏則是高檔中西自助餐，取餐枱風格設計類似於很多豪華酒店的行政酒廊的回形導台設計，食材選用並未因低廉的房價而粗製濫造，原切肉培根、紅絲絨蛋糕、自製DIY可頌🥐、Dr咖啡機配上深度烘焙高品質咖啡豆、品種豐富的麪檔……這些在我前一天住的奢華度假村都無法做到，需要鼓勵，麪檔服務員也是這間酒店服務素質最高的。
當然需要吐糟的也有很多，1、前面提到的免費停車，當晚22點到達時，停車場門口居然放着幾個垃圾桶阻攔，進入大堂詢問後，接待小姐姐衹會重複告知停車場停滿了，沒辦法安排，衹能自己尋找路邊收費停車位，前後耽誤約20分鐘還要拖着行李步行一段路。如果酒店車位有限，應該配上更好的車位管理方式，對進入車輛嚴格准入保證住客利益優先，同時攜程給酒店提供了很強大的訊息展示後台，酒店可以將停車訊息提交展示得更為合理及人性化，簡單地標註免費停車且無需預約會誤導客人預訂時的選擇。2、進入客房後，發現床單鋪設得非常不平整，並不像以往入住酒店的平整，於是掀開檢查後發現多跟毛髮，叫來服務人員換床單，耽誤到24點。3、前台、客房、值班人員專業度與品牌不相符，前台連自己品牌屬於雅高集團都不知道，所有人員沒有禮貌用語，甚至過於隨性，辦理入住時已有不愉快的情緒，前台也沒有安撫，而且安排的依然是最低樓層景觀最差的客房。雖然通過與攜程的交涉給了處理方案，但離店兩天過去也沒聽到過很有誠意的歉意表達，希望這條客觀的點評可以幫助到大家。

During my visit, I had the opportunity to experience the National Holiday and Asian Games. The hotel's location was absolutely ideal, especially given the ongoing excitement and energy associated with the games. In the evenings, there were numerous dining options to choose from, and the area was bustling with activity.
The surroundings of the hotel were characterized by a spacious and open environment, with a running track located right in front of it. While the hotel may not have offered 5-star accommodations, it provided a pleasant and comfortable stay, which was perfectly suited to my needs. Sometimes, the location and the lively atmosphere surrounding it can outweigh the need for luxurious accommodations.

帶爸媽去莫幹山散心，選了好久找到了這家在半山腰的民宿，足不出户風景盡收眼底。
入住前管家就把詳細的上山路線發給我們，到了之後熱情的服務，給我們推薦遊玩的地方，特色的擂茶活動，送到房間的養生葯浴，豐盛的早餐，都令我們感到賓至如歸。
旅途中的小插曲，要走的前一晚，我們車的輪胎扎壞了，是民宿的小哥先發現的，管家姐姐立刻告知了我們，忙前忙後的幫我們與不懂普通話的當地大哥溝通，幫我們聯繫了換輪胎的地方，讓我們第二天能夠順利返程，一整晚的時間都在幫客人解決問題，真的非常感謝！
可以説這是我們住過體驗感最好的民宿，沒有之一，非常值得，大寫的推薦！

PPengguna TetamuThe service was super attentive at this hotel, far better than most hotels I've stayed in. The pool was lovely and clean. The building and decor were creative and nicely done. And our room was very big and comfortable and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was quite good and generous, though it would be nice if they could add a little more variety from day to day (even just cooking the eggs a different way), and the sausage and bacon were definitely Chinese style. Our room also had no door whatsoever on the shower, which I don't understand. Maybe it was artistic, but is there really anyone who wouldn't vastly prefer to have some kind of door on the shower?

Menginap selama beberapa hari terasa seperti perjalanan yang bermanfaat. Keseluruhan pengalaman seperti berada di sebuah bandar kecil di Eropah. Walaupun Shangpo hanya mempunyai tujuh bilik, ia tidak dapat menyembunyikan ciri-ciri kecil tetapi halus, kecil dan indah. Terima kasih khas kepada Terry dan Mr. Chef di sini kerana menjaga kami dengan baik. Makanannya sangat sedap, pastinya ini adalah nilai tambah, dan saya mesti kembali beberapa kali untuk ini! PPengguna TetamuWe spent a short summer vacation in Mogan Mountain. Before our trip, we spent hours looking for accommodation and decided to try this guesthouse based on the many positive reviews. Indeed, our decision was correct. A local couple runs the guesthouse; they are both very welcoming and ensure guests' stay at their guesthouse is as enjoyable as at home. The guesthouse is located at the foot of Mogan Mountain, ten more minutes walking distance to Moganshan Town. It is also convenient to hike up Mogan Mountain from the guesthouse. By the way, this guesthouse accepts foreigners. During our stay, the hostess always made sure we had enough breakfast and kept adding to it. Back to the guesthouse in the evening, she invited us to taste the local beers and insisted on no charging; we were appreciated and touched by her enthusiasm. We had lunch at the guesthouse before checking out. They prepared food ingredients on the day or a day before, so we needed to book in advance with the owners. The food prepared by the male host is delicious; it is better than the restaurants outside, and the price is reasonable. Before leaving, the couple enthusiastically gave us some local chicken eggs to take home. Based on our staying experience, as foreigners, we highly recommend this guesthouse to those who are planning a vacation in Mogan Mountain. It is an ideal accommodation.

We got there after 8 pm on a Friday night and the front desk was available and waiting for us. They allowed night swimming and had great a spacious Karaoke facility. This hotel /BnB is pet friendly and so our 2 fur kids were not discriminated against and was treated with a great care. Jinx is the girl at the front desk and she is very kind, always going the extra mile for us, even sending us locations and attractions close by on wechat. They provided us with a DIY barbecue on Saturday night and allowed us to have a party till quite
If I could suggest a few things it would be:
1. The cats in the cat enclosure have not had their space cleaned in weeks. There are feces and spider webs inside the 'space'. The cats never come out and look very unhappy. Please can they be better taken care of.
2. Rooms can be swept and cleaned daily.
3. Breakfast can be less dough based but some more fruit and healthier food options.
Overall, we would definitely visit again and really enjoyed such a warm environment.

NNatascha B.We stayed 2 nights at this hotel. The room modern and nice and the pool was nice and refreshing after a hike. The owner could not speak english, but everything worked out well, check-in was quick and he sent us the restaurant menu translated in english. A minus point with the room, our room was not really isolated, so it was quite loud because we could hear your neighbours, people on the floor and the cleaning lady in the early morning. The breakfast and the food was really really good! We tried the spring rolls, tofu salad, eggplant, green beans and everything was really good. Breakfast was also really nice, buffet style with a good variety and they also had instant coffee. The service and friendliness of the staff can be improved, one of the cooking ladies was nice but the other one was a but grumpy. A group of western people also wanted to dine in the restaurant were sent away, although the restaurant was not busy at all. If you have a car, you can park it at the free parking lot and then it is a 3-5 min walk uphill to the hotel. Overall the view from the room and the the price for the value was good, even though next time a would book a hotel directly surrounded by nature.

DDewi 戴薇Before we booked this family-owned boutique hotel room, we asked the owner, Mr. Cao, if we could bring our dogs. Because sometimes the hotel would put their amenities are pets allowed but actually not allowed in reality. We spent two nights three days in an upgraded room (thank you, Mr. Cao!) and our dogs were so happy because at the back of the property there is a small enclosed outdoor space that they could wander around. The room is well designed and as an architect, I should have advised the owner to watch out about the maintenance because of the humidity in the future, as minimalist design could be worse in a short time. Another good news, I'm sure you could book the whole room to have a family/ friends party as the rooftop they have is a great space too...and I saw BBQ around. The first day we arrived we took a walk to the mountain nearby and we were too tired to walk back and the owner helped to pick us up. So thankful for that. Several interesting spots between 40 minutes to 1,5-hour walk. DaDouWu Reservoir was so pretty but on the last day of our stay, we didn't manage to go to the top of 天泉山 because of the snow coming and blocking the path. ❄️☃ Also, there were not so many cafés or bars around and we didn't ask about the price of in-house food cooked by Mr. Cao's Mom beforehand because despite it being so delicious, we do think it's overpriced. Overall, if you're looking for quietness and not too touristy in the Moganshan area, this place is perfect.

LLloydTThis is an older style hotel in a perfect location at the top of the mountain. We arrived on a cold evening during Spring Festival and walked at dusk up a steep path past two abandoned heritage buildings, then back via the road. The next morning a brisk walk to the sunrise viewing platform. Food at the restaurant was adequate. Have to smile at the shower recess, where a common error has been made: the short vertical handle should be inside, the longer horizontal handle should be outside to hold a towel, easy to reverse :-). Big surprise was that traffic on the mountain top is via an anticlockwise loop. When we left we started down the wrong way, and our navigator flipped between saying wrong way then right way. We phoned hotel reception and they didn’t seem to know. Eventually we reached an intersection where police sent us back the other way. Really surprising because there are traffic signs and speed signs as if the road is two-way, and we only saw one no entry sign, where our navigator tried to send us up the mountain on arrival, against the traffic flow. Oh well, just gotta concentrate. Moganshan is a great place to visit.
