Ulasan Hilton Garden Inn Chicago O'Hare Airport

Very good place - very clean, service is great, breakfast was super. Very convenient and free shuttles from-and-to the Chicago airport. Located near the Blue Line, so you just can use the shuttle from the hotel to the nearest train station.

We enjoyed staying here, they had a free shuttle bus to send us to the airport. But if you want to go into the city, it might not be as convenient as you imagined. Overall, we loved the place. It was clean and staffs were so friendly.

Screaming kids running around with no supervision. Midnight running the halls knocking on doors 0115. Called the front desk who promptly put a stop to this behavior. The pool area was full of unsupervised children, and well over capacity. Awoken at 0750 with the same behavior, and, this time adults hollering to other guests. Leslie at the front desk was kind and accommodating. The hotel is exceptionally clean, the room was nice, clean as well. 5 minute walk to the casino. I just hope my next stay is relaxing, as this stay was far from peaceful and relaxing.

Great and comfortable stay, with friendly reception staff and the convenience of early luggage drop-off. However, I was later charged $22 without explanation, no receipt was provided, and my follow-up email hasn’t been answered.

I was very disappointed about the extra fees for parking and breakfast. You couldn’t even get a cup of coffee for free. Everything was extra and very expensive

Nice location

Just need a hotel close to the airport for the next 15hrs long flight. Services are good and the shuttle runs 24hrs. Also they give out free chocolate chip cookies. Very secured area and they have parking lot security for people who have their personal car. Keep in mind the fee for parking is $20.

Highly recommend, it is my go to hotel every time I travel to Chicago !

The hotel's cleanliness and facilities met expectations. The soundproofing and window quality far surpassed those of typical North American hotels. With the windows closed, the noise of airplanes taking off and landing outside was virtually inaudible. The breakfast was also of excellent quality.

Airport shuttle service is available when you stay while waiting for your flight during a business trip.

I booked two rooms, and each room had two bottles of water for a fee. The price was $3 per bottle, which wouldn't have been a problem. The issue is that they charged me for four bottles of water—$12—after only one was opened. The charge was directly deducted from my credit card upon check-out, with no room for negotiation. This is absolutely outrageous and should be blacklisted.
