One of the best hotel i have stay for my yunnan trip. Beds are comfortable, smart AI centralised in the room. View of mountain is so pretty right at our balcony. Kids had fun at the bathtub. The only down side is the waiter accidentally pour the drink over me when he is bringing the juice to our table for breakfast. Maybe just need some more training

Oh my god, I randomly stumbled upon this hidden gem of a homestay and it’s an absolute game-changer! It’s just a 5-minute walk from Dali Ancient Town, and getting a taxi to other places is a breeze. Like, transportation here couldn’t be more convenient! The place is straight-up stunning—so peaceful, chic, and seriously, it’s a photographer’s dream! I’m not even joking, you’ll be snapping pics non-stop!!!! Every corner screams Instagram-worthy!!!!!! Did I mention it’s perfect for photo ops???? 😂 And get this—the owner’s got a whole stash of great wine, the service is excellent, and their coffee? Holy moly, it’s mind-blowing! I was so not expecting that. For real, this is hands down the best homestay I’ve ever crashed at. No contest! If you’re heading to Dali, do yourself a favor and BOOK THIS PLACE. Trust me, you’ll thank me later!

We had a wonderful two-night stay at Dali Twelve Clouds Villa Seaview Hotel (Erhai Branch).😊 The view of the lake from our room was stunning, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the breakfast was very, very good — plenty of variety and really fresh. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and great value for money. A special mention goes to Zhang Feng, who truly made our stay outstanding. Even though we arrived late at night, he checked us in smoothly and went above and beyond to help us. We didn’t have access to the local food apps, but he kindly used his own to order food for us when we were hungry, making sure everything was taken care of. Throughout our stay, he was attentive, kind, and always ready to help with anything we needed. His hospitality really stood out. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful scenery, comfortable rooms, and genuine hospitality. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and if you meet Zhang Feng, you’ll be in very good hands!😊

Everything is excellent! This cosy and beautiful accommodation with serene atmosphere left us with many stories and great memories. We were completely impressed with their professionalism and greatest customer service. The hotel facilities are exceptional. Foods are amazing. The staff are also accommodating and friendly. Beautiful and lovely staff 啊茂 and her team were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay which made our trip memorable and enjoyably. Greatly appreciated and greatly recommended!

Great hotel about 20 mins ride from the busy Dali ancient city. Located in a quiet area right beside the Erhai lakeside bike/walking path. Hotel staff communicated via WeChat and was very fast to respond to all requests. Free pick up from the train station was a great perk. The room was clean and had all the basic amenities. The room view is facing the westwards mountains and not Erhai lake itself, but is still stunning as the back of the hotel overlooks a pond and farming areas. The hotels rooftop is a great place for unique photo opportunities. Hotel doesn't offer much food options besides breakfast (which was very good), but staff recommended several restaurants within walking distance that were good. There was a BBQ restaurant right beside the hotel that we enjoyed. Bike rentals are available for a reasonable price. Overall a pleasant stay!

It was a very welcoming and pleasant stay here! My whole family enjoyed our stay here thanks to the hospitality of the staff who assisted us throughout our stay. They were all really prompt and polite! The package was inclusive of an afternoon tea and night dessert soup. The room is cosy, toilet is spacious and is heated:) It’s located walking distance to 双廊古镇which makes it even more convenient for us. The breakfast & coffee provided was so yummy too! Overall, we would like to thank all the staff for their thoughtful service and will return on our next visit ^~^

Overall experience was so good and it feels like home here!! Our butler 小胖 is so helpful towards all our requests. The team definitely deserves a good 5 stars and big thumbs up from us 👍🏻👍🏻 We booked a family room for 2 nights and the room is clean with good amenities. There are also free daily breakfast and afternoon tea with fantastic view just located at the lobby. Will definitely stay in again if I come to Dali!!

Biliknya bagus, sangat dekat dengan Jeti Longkan, perkhidmatannya baik, kemudahannya sangat baik, terdapat teres empat tempat duduk, disokong oleh Gunung Cangshan dan menghadap ke Tasik Erhai, syampu dan produk lain dikatakan sebagai jenama khusus British dan sangat berguna.

I went back and forth between hotels to book in Dali, but I'm so thankful I ended up staying at the FYS Hotel. The lake views were lovely, and the room was very cozy and full of convenient amenities. The hotel also provided lots of generous complimentary gifts such as afternoon tea, nightime sweet soup, cocktails, and fresh fruit and flower cakes for my hotel room. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay because of the coziness of the hotel itself. The architecture and design of the hotel were so pleasing to look at, and I loved having so many options for quiet, cozy spaces to do some reading. Beyond that, the staff were very attentive, accommodating, and welcoming. From the initial pickup at the railway station by a friendly driver to the end of my stay with the hotel making sure I was well taken care of to continue my journey to the next city, I was very fortunate for my experience staying at this hotel. I hope to have the chance to return in the future!
