Hotel Rekaan Unik di Hangzhou

Very comfortable stay in this hotel. The mattress is firm, water pressure is strong, bath tub is deep enough and fill up fast. Receptionist are always friendly when we approach them. Being without a local phone number, we were not able to connect to the room wifi, the hotel staff was quick to respond and assist. Walkable to prime shopping district and West Lake with abundance eateries and cafe within 5mins walk.

I really like this hotel. The rooms are large and quiet and very comfortable. The conditions are hygienic and immaculate. The front desk staff is always very helpful and even allowed me to do a late check out at 2 PM when I asked. The price of this hotel is also very reasonable for a five star experience. One thing to to note is there is not a lot of retail, restaurants or shopping within walking distance to the hotel so you’ll need to taxi or drive.

Great hotel, located near West lake with walking distance to metro station around 3 mins. The room is big, nice and clean. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Excellent service. I had a great stay for 3 days in this hotel during my holiday in Hangzhou.

I had an amazing stay here! The hotel design is very unique and feels otherworldly. The room itself is so comfortable I wished I could extend my stay. Super clean, new furniture, big comfi bed and great amenities. There’s a cute coffee bar in the lobby that serves great lattes. The staff at the service desk helped me a lot, I’m thankful for their kindness 🤍

The service was great, the staff were nice and really did their best to assist. I would like to especially mention Yuan (not sure about the spelling) who attended to us when we arrived on our first night. she assisted with my questions even if we had to use a translator. I had so many problems at one time as it was our first night and she tried to patiently give me a solution or an answer. We got lost going to the hotel as we came by metro and the maps were not accurate enough to find it easily. We asked three people and the last one finally called the hotel to ask where it was. When we reaches the hotel, the one on duty was already waiting for us at the door. Just when we thought the tea time was over, as we were tired and hungry after all that searching, that’s when she brought a new batch of creme brulee and nicely designed yoghurt. I kid you not, that’s the best tasting yoghurt for me ever (I’ve tasted so many all these years from many different countries and brands). The breakfast had enough variety and good quality food. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

The hotel location is awesome, it’s very close to Lingyin template, only around 3 kilometers away. The breakfast is tasty, the dining area has great view.

Generally speaking the hotel is nice and clean, the layout of the hotel room is quite okay. The light in the bathroom might be a bit too dark, not that many facilities, a tiny fitness room. A bit complicated with checkin process and very strict rules with visitors… The overall experience was positive.

Ele Jane is in a very good and convenient location. Very close to the Longjing Tea village and in a natural environment. It is like staying in the forest within the city, which is a short DiDi ride away. DiDi’s were easy to hail and we never had to wait long. Our room was upgraded at no cost on arrival. We arrived early and left our luggage at the hotel to go explore the area. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and gave us very good advice on what the area offers. We connected on WeChat and they were fairly eager to try to communicate in English too despite the language barrier, we appreciate their efforts. They provided us with an English tourist map of the area and advised us on the bus routes etc. As can be seen in the photos the room was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was healthy and enjoyable. Limited options but nice. Two suggestions. Provide your foreign guests with the hotel’s location pin and DiDi address. We found it challenging to find the hotel’s address in the DiDi app when we arrived at Hangzhoudong railway station (about 15km away from the hotel.) Once my husband’s DiDi got lost and he was dropped off at an entirely different address. Another suggestion. We stayed two nights and the room was not made up the second day. We were a bit disappointed as it is the first hotel we stayed at that did not provide this cleaning service. We were also disappointed that the swimming pool and hot tub was under maintenance because that was one of the reasons why we booked the hotel in Trip.com. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay. Another bonus was that the beds were comfortable and soft. The hotel is also pet friendly. Not a lot of activities offered for families with small kids, but is is close enough to many other attractions.

Lovely hotel , in room coffee machine is a nice touch but only 2 pods provided, very little info available on ordering room service (2 pages of a folder hidden in a drawer) but if you can get some it's delivered by a robot. Breakfast is basic but fine, I would not pay extra for the breakfast but mine was included

For a relaxed Family vacation with a nice outdoor swimming pool this Hotel is perfect. The room was huge, very spacious, made for kids to enjoy. Friendly personal, great service, all in all a very nice Hotel to stay at, if you do not intend to leave the Hotel to discover the City Hangzhou.
