Hotel Terbaik di Detroit dengan Spa

Very nice staff. Great location. I would stay there again. Walking distance to many good restaurants.

Hotel ini adalah hotel terbaik yang pernah saya tinggalkan dalam hidup saya. Ruangan itu bersih dan selesa, bilik-biliknya dirancang sangat berbeza daripada hotel mana pun dan lukisan di sisi bangunannya sangat luar biasa. Dekorasi di lobi adalah unik dan semua gambar Detroit di dewan adalah sesuatu yang menarik Lihat pada! Makanannya sangat baik! Tidak pernah mempunyai perkara seperti itu! Satu dalam pengalaman seumur hidup !! Sangat menyukai gelanggang di mana anda boleh bermain beg dan melepak, di luar. Tempat yang sangat bagus! Suka! Tidak sabar-sabar untuk kembali tidak lama lagi!

be sure that this is the worst service i’ve ever seen in a hotel, period. I tried to do something nice for my girlfriend, called 8 times from Spain making sure that she would have flowers delivered to her room for her birthday, the entire staff was completely misaligned, some said it was possible to add chocolates or cake to her room delivery, others said nothing was possible at all. At the end of the day, when i called a 9th time, it turns out they delivered them to the wrong room and wouldn’t even have realized if i hadn’t called them back again. this is the worst service i’ve ever seen in a hotel as well as the worst management and staff i’ve ever spoken to, period. even if this were a 1 star hotel, let alone a 3 star hotel.

Great second time stay in Detroit here. Originally visited here in October 2022 to catch a devils red wings game at little Caesar’s arena due to to close proximity to this venue. Had a pleasant stay here although was super short as I arrived mid afternoon and left very early morning next day. I decided to book again for another devils red wings hockey game event at little Caesar’s arena in January 2023 and was even more impressed with this stay. Upon arriving at 3, first encounter was with valet to drop off my car. Very pleasant and made me feel quite welcomed (note there is only valet parking here and there is an extra fee for this). Then stopped by the front desk to see if a room was available to check in and the front desk manager (can’t recall the name) was so pleasant and provided and alternate room To check into immediately. It was an upgrade due to diamond status and the room didn’t disappoint at all. Additionally reminded me about the food and beverage credit and breakfast in the morning and went out of his way to provide some snacks and bereaves due to the unexpected delay with the computer system taking a while to process the keycard (thank you!!). Room itself was corner king suite - clean and large room perfect to unwind a little while before heading out the game. Little Caesar’s Arena is short walk to and from. Next morning stopped by for breakfast which again didn’t disappoint and the server / hostess made me feel welcome and as if I was at home! Had a fresh omelette made with some waffles coffee snd potatoes. All fresh, tasty and filling. Overall can’t say enough positive things about this location and the staff, and look forward to my next Detroit stay here.
