服務人員挺熱情的，也周到，房間還有小零食送，六樓早餐品種也可以，夠選擇，就是有酸奶就更好了，哈哈哈，我不是很愛喝牛奶，房間衞生打掃的很乾凈，還放了兩瓶礦泉水，不夠還可以讓多送幾瓶，蠻周到的，也不是第一次住了，可以可以，以後估計來的話就是住這裏了，所有的都挺不錯的

沒有窗户，還掛個窗簾，虛假宣傳，裏面悶的不行。浴室上面那個花灑好臟，都生銹了。洗漱的水龍頭很斑駁。床寬度夠，長度很短，像方形，枕頭還有破洞。

衞生服務各方面都挺好的，店家應該是美甲店的，掃出來是我認識的，我之前去過那個美甲店做過兩次指甲。嗯...但是前台電話打的名字顯示火鍋店。廁所沒有通風口，會有點悶。投影儀投影搜尋不到，但是可以看電視台，也有很多免費的劇。晚上比較安靜，離1788也很近，很多美食走幾步也能到。浴巾毛巾都是一次性的挺好的，但是紙巾是直接放在盒子裏的，外面沒有包裝袋，有一點少。還有就是我這個房間的床墊是可移動的，哪邊推過去了另一邊床架就會露出來，我經常磕到，磕了三個淤青。但是床墊很軟，各方面都挺好的，只是一些細節，總體來説都很好!還會再來的!唯一就是，建議房間的薰香換一個味，好像車載香水，我以為是才裝修所以有皮革味，我還把床頭皮質擦了下。因為我暈車，考試坐了一天車，一進房間就吐了。然後我把房間窗户打開透氣了，還是聞得到，我才發現是香薰的味道，我就拿袋子裝起來了，等走了我再拿出來。我覺得不擺，或者擺一個清新空氣會比這個好點，這個我受不了…我原本以為是皮革味，還想着等個半年味散再來。還有就是我退房忘記把香薰放回去了，覺得特別不好意思，我拿袋子套着放在廁所了，本來説走的時候再拿出來擺上。

地方挺好找的，開車去的，有免費的停車場。有電梯，老闆很實在，很年輕，考試周末都沒漲價。房子裏面寬敞乾淨，老闆服務意識真的是太好了。房間是剛裝修的。沒有異味，這點挺好的。半夜想喝水沒水了，打電話就立馬送來的。還特意拍了照。下次還要來住。

KKam WengMy stay in this hotel has been awesome. Staff were warm and accommodating. They were very kind to agree with my early check in and late check out requests.
The coffee house and restaurant, open to hotel guests and public, offer a wide spectrum of food and beverages.
I love the private spa pool which can be enjoyed in the privacy of my own mansion.

Excellent services and facilities, with very professional and friendly staff. Excellent location to allow one to joggle along a river or to walk around the city center. Easy taxi/Didi access. Room services are better than expected, with surprising daily freebies such as fresh fruit, cookies, and freshly squeezed fruit juices. Help desk is very prompt in providing what I requested. Buffet breakfast offers top-notch variety of ready-made Chinese and Western style choices or customer-ordered hot noodles.
Just a minor suggestion: this is more a customers' behavior problem (can't believe those guests at a 5-star hotel). Currently, when there is a crowd at the front desk to check out, it is the braver with longer hands that get faster services. I suggest either post a clear sign to ask people to keep in line or have a manager to maintain some kind of an order (no need to be military type:-). This is just to be fair to those who are waiting patiently. And better order may also help promote a better hotel reputation. But I understand bad habits die hard, no matter what you do.

PPengguna TetamuStayed as a couple late September. Good location near the drum tower. Climb the stairs for a good workout; you can climb right to the top of the drum tower for a great view. Bus #12 stops right outside the hotel, first stop after turning right from the main street. The street it's on is reasonably busy, but quitens down at night. Check in was straight forward, including the travel form of where you came from, going to next and what you are doing in Deyang. Hotel kept fairly clean, considering it's an older hotel where not everything is pristine. Room contains slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste, shower cap, etc. Not much in the way of amenities; a foyer, a lift, a room. A Chinese breakfast is included in the price, and it seems a lunch and a dinner. I had the basic breakfast. I advise you to check the rooms first; the ones near the lift are a bit noisy, but some rooms absolutely reek of cigarettes and other odours. All in all, a good value hotel; we would stay again

Everything is voice activated with Xiaodu... my chinese is a little... non-existent, but translation apps made it easy. 👌🙌 Amazing. Fantastic location not far from the cbd, within walking distance. Surrounded by little shops and restaurants, everything you could need. English-speaking is a little sparse, but the generous and kind staff, always aim to help. 💥💖💯

PPengguna Tetamu酒店超級好，給我的體驗非常出色，我很高興能夠住在這裏。酒店有自己的停車場，停車非常方便，酒店外觀大氣美觀，酒店內寬敞明亮，工作人員熱情服務，耐心認真的回答我們每一個問題，還介紹了周圍的美食和景點，客房充滿了温馨的氛圍，床又舒服又大，浴室很乾凈，配套設施一應俱全，還有安睡禮包，非常貼心，房間內還有智能管家小為，要開電視，開空調，開燈關燈之內的，衹管呼叫小為，四樓有茶坊和棋牌，可以跟家人一起喝喝茶，享受休閑時光，還有健身房和洗衣房，都是免費使用的，此外，酒店的餐飲服務也很棒，晚上有免費的自助宵夜，廚師的烹飪技能很強，食物的味道美味絕倫，吃起來很贊。而且，餐廳的服務態度很好，服務員禮貌有禮，能夠及時為客人提供服務。最後，酒店的位置很便利，離市中心不遠，交通十分便利，也有很多景點可以參觀，非常適合度假。總之，在這裏的體驗讓我感到無比滿意，環境優雅，服務周到，房間寬敞，乾淨，餐廳美味可口，交通便利，景點多。下次有機會，一定還會選擇來到這裏。

Special thanks to Ms Jiang Li, she helps us a lot and make our stay enjoyable.
The room is clean and spacious, bed comfortable and variety of fruits over 3 nights. We feel the warmth when we return to our room every night.
Breakfast selection was great. Overall, it was a pleasant experience!

PPengguna Tetamu過年來泡温泉，正好這幾天降温，聽人介紹這家是真温泉，立馬喊上朋友定了個帶私湯的套房，實話實話過年這個價錢還是很實惠的！
首先服務非常好，工作人員態度特別好，一切設備設施也很周到，池子很多，室內的特色池子，室外的大池和沿坡的小池子，各有特色，幹蒸濕蒸簡直舒爽。房間也很不錯，乾淨整潔，私湯24小時供應，隨時可泡！
下次還會來！

Nnima adelias a foreigner ,I have been here on a business trip around 10 night:
1. front desck staffs were incredible , a dozen of good looking ladies, dressed in chinese uniforms ,even she helped me about handeling of PSB issue,that was over than my expection.
2.located near to a dozen of popular local restaurant and smal and medium suermarket available even night market .
3. breakfast was siutable even for me as foreigner ,brewed coffee,bread , and you can order some kind of dishes and fried egg.
in general satisfied of resident there .

PPengguna Tetamu完全 超 預 期！這是一座中式園林酒店，面積很大，精美的園林，開門見景，移步換景，處處體現着中華古典園林的雅緻，亭台水榭，連廊高塔，還有氣派的大堂，寬敞的草坪，令人流連忘返。離三星堆博物館衹有一點幾公里，因為美景推遲了兩小時參觀三星堆，戀戀不捨的離開。強烈推薦自駕遊三星堆時入住這家酒店。當然最好吃飯後前往，因為三星堆博物館和酒店附近目前基本沒有飯館。

PPengguna TetamuCheck in smooth enough with the Deyang questionnaire completed (no other town has asked me to fill a police questionnaire). Big clean room, showing signs of wear and tear. Slippers and dressing gown a nice touch. There is a hot indoor pool for soaking, but everything seemed a bit weird about the process, so I didn't go. The shower in the room was hopeless, and the included breakfast as bad as it gets. Hotel very close to a Walmart supermarket and a Starbucks. Walk to the end of Yihe Jie, near the lake, a brand new hotpot restaurant is fantastic. No movie channels in english. Hotel ok for the price, but there are better in Deyang for a similar price
