設施： 設施較完善，如圖所見，唯獨電視機不好用，長者晚上回到酒店後想看看電視劇，電視機一直卡，不知道是信號不好還是其他原因。 衞生： 為什還是不錯的，床鋪及衞生間都很乾凈。 環境： 酒店離德州中心不遠，離運河古街也很近，門口有停車場，很方便。 服務： 入住當天先致電酒店詢問周邊出行及遊玩事宜，一位女士接的，態度非常好，而且在辦理入住時也特別耐心，每次路過前台都馬上起身點頭問候，值得酒店表揚。兩位安保大叔也特別好，晚上回來還幫忙找車位。 【之所以給了3.5份，是因為晚上值班的一位戴眼鏡的女服務員。晚上回來後，老爸想看看電視，但是打開後電視機畫面就卡了，下樓兩次詢問，第一次告知可以用小度，她也不太清楚！第二次下樓詢問時更過分，告知“我也不會弄”，明顯的表現出了不耐煩，衝著我後面的安保大叔嚷，讓安保上樓去看看！而且全程無笑容，並且表現出了極度的不耐煩！希望酒店能給予處理。】 本來服務可以給到5分的，電視機看不了，不説幫客人解決，而是推給安保大叔！並且一問三不知！

酒店在市中心，離德州市立醫院和人民醫院都非常近，步行10分鐘就可以到，出行特別方便。另外前台張新蕊服務非常熱情，很貼心，我入住帶的東西比較多，她從停車開始就一直幫我拿行李，直到把行李送到房間。辦入住她看到我帶的有蛋糕還主動提出給我放到冰箱非常貼心，還幫我洗衣服最主要是還給我熨好了，真的很感動！太喜歡張新蕊小姐姐啦！

Best but a little find to hard hotel in Dezhou. (surrounded by a small shopping arcade) I've stayed at all the best ranking hotels in Dezhou and finally came across staying here at the Manxin which toped them all. Clean rooms and great facilities. The general manager was very helping, kind and fluent in english and the staff were excellent which made my stay even better. Breakfast was also at the same level. Good International hot food although they may want to work on some items like the bacon and ham. A must stay if you are in this area. (3 nights/suite room)

環境很好，打掃的也很乾凈。前台姐姐知道我是在附近考試還給延遲退房，考試當天還給發了牛奶和麪包送了水果，特別有人情味温情的一家酒店，下次來德州還會選擇這家！

住過幾次了，到店預訂，發現攜程訂的便宜，然後告訴我説在攜程上訂，不給洗浴票，後來又説給，房間沒有獨立WIFI，投屏投不了，上午跟前台説，下午兩點之前退房，前台説這邊規定是12點之前退房，也不能商量，其實這個事情在幾年前有顧客説過，在酒店行業裏也算不小的事情，就是説我們沒有住夠24小時，為什麼要收我們24小時的房費，自從那時候開始，整個酒店行業規定，雖然説是12點之前退房，但是如果顧客要求下午兩點之前退房的話，是可以下午兩點之前退房而且不收取任何其他費用的，為什麼其他酒店可以，你們酒店不行，你們酒店也是軸，不過是規定，我能説什麼呢，並且作為新建的酒店，沒有配備外賣機器人，如果點外賣的話，需要自己去一樓拿，説實話，挺不方便的，下次我是不會再選擇這家酒店了，洗浴方面，之前入住的時候去過他們贈送的這個湯泉，怎麼説呢泡澡洗澡服務沒有什麼問題，都挺好的，但是二樓自助餐真心不建議去，花了錢衹搶到五個丸子，告訴我們不會再上了，其他菜也沒有什麼想吃的，性價比極低，三樓説是有電競，不過上回去的時候告訴我沒有修好，多方面考慮吧
