The hotel is close to city centre and very accessible as it is just a few minutes walk from the metro station. The room is spacious and clean, which is far beyond my expectation. The restaurant provides vast variety of food. The staff in restaurant are friendly and helpful, Special mention to server Ashik, who was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.

Too much mosquito even in higher floor. I booked this hotel for my Parents. They stayed 3nights on 12th floor room number 16. Overall facilities is okay,clean but not really clean.1st night they could not sleep at all because of mosquitoes. They informed reception next morning was was told they will spray but same thing happened 2nd night as well, when called reception said they sprayed which was not true.after requesting 3times they sprayed and finally there was no mosquito.they need to give more attention. Visitors are not allowed, bathroom is too small and bidet is too short to reach.

The whole floor was badly smelled by smoking. Rest of all were good.

Good...but noisy as renovation work.Curtain too thin therefore morning is too bright.

FARS hotel staff was the the best hotel staff I’ve ever encountered. They were so kind and helpful. The hotel is amazing as well. We enjoyed the open sky lounge, the bar, the pool and the massage parlor. The security at the hotel were also amazing. Every time we arrive to the hotel, they walked up to our vehicle just to escort us back inside. If I ever return to Dhaka, I will certainly stay at the FARS hotel again.

The pool was out of service and the hotel didn't respond to emails.

The location was good for business, but dhaka traffic is dhaka traffic, so it was a pain to travel anywhere other than downtown. The staff were outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything was clean, and our room was cleaned daily. The only issue I had was that the bed was too hard, and I didn't sleep well the first night. I told the house cleaner, and immediately he brought a softer mattress and 2 quilts. After this, I slept well. I am a westerner and used to soft beds, my travel partner is Bengali and the bed was fine for her. So this will not be a problem if you are used to hard beds. As soon as I told them my problem, they solved it immediately. Such good hospitality. The roof top pool was refreshing and clean. The gym was very well equipped, better than some gyms I have been to.

We were in Bangladesh to watch the Hong Kong vs. Bangladesh match, so we booked a room at the FARS Hotel and Resorts near the stadium. We were one of dozens of people booked there. The hotel's hospitality was excellent, practically perfect. The room facilities were good, the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options, and there's even a rooftop restaurant where we could enjoy a drink in the evening.

Hotel Location: Very convenient, near the subway station. Food: The rooftop restaurant is delicious, and the bread in the lobby is very affordable. Room: Although there was constant traffic outside, it wasn't too noisy.
