The security seemed good. The room was spacious, but the toilet was poor. Showering was almost impossible. The air conditioner was so loud that I couldn't sleep. It seemed very expensive for Dhaka.

Very good. The location is in the embassy area. It is safe, quiet and hygienic. It is suitable for business trips. The price is not bad. The breakfast is rich and there are many things to order for dinner. Recommended, recommended. I will stay here next time.

The room was clean, the food was good, and it was relatively close to the airport, about half an hour, so there was no need to worry about traffic jams. The breakfast is very rich, including yogurt, tea and various fruits. I also like the taste.

I didn't take any photos, but this hotel is equivalent to a better guest house in China in the 1990s. The air conditioner is wall-mounted, it's noisy, and all the facilities are outdated. There is not much to eat at breakfast. The only thing that can be rated as a five-star hotel is that the service is good.

非常好的服務水平，服務人員也都十分熱情。房間是歐式復古裝修，空間很大，隔音效果尚可 早餐的選擇很豐富，芒果季節的芒果很甜！

This will be our 6th stay here, we feel like Ascot Palace is a home away from home when in Dhaka. The food in the Midori Japanese restaurant is authentic and delicious, chef Asif and the restaurant staff prepare dishes that are both beautiful in presentation and taste. The rooms are spacious and staff are helpful and friendly from Debnath at front door, kabir at front desk, Abdulah in room service through to Junaver, Hasan and Monzil with room service and the restaurant the staff help make your stay superb. I would definitely recommend both the restaurants and hotel.

Conveniently located in the Baridhara area and very reasonably priced. The rooms were very nice but the level of service I received from Kabir and the entire staff was exceptional. I will stay here in my future business trips to Dhaka. I highly recommend this hotel.

Service was excellent, Cristina at reception was very helpful with anything I needed. Room was nice and clean with everything I needed, and the bed very comfortable

Overall hospitality, ambience,staffs attire are excellent, enjoyed a lot .. Shower area is small which makes uneasy while having shower.. Big thanks especially for Junaier who takes personal care about my food preference... Really Good memorable experience of stay..
