Lakeshore Hotel & Apartments

This is my business trip here but i wondered if you visit lakeshore hotel they will change your experience as a second home. i liked their hospitality, food and accommodations. most of the front desk team are very helpful and hospitalized. Mr.Joy Mr.Touhid and his hole team Mahmud,Afnan,Joty,Biraj,Sumaiya they are special to their way to make your trip and stay make warm and wonderful. I recommend to you stay in lakeshore hotel.

My husband and I stayed here while in town to meet up with some friends and later attend a wedding in Chittagong. Our friends who live in Dhaka recommended the hotel. We truly enjoyed our stay. The location of the hotel is within one of the nicer, quieter, more upscale parts of Dhaka. There were a few nice parks nearby and this section of the city had more trees/greenery than other areas. We felt very safe walking around outside our hotel and were able to find lots of nice stores and restaurants nearby. What really stood out was the great customer service and friendly staff. They confirmed with me via email ahead of time our pickup at the airport. The guards outside the hotel would always confirm with us that we had the correct Uber. The front desk answered all of our questions and gave us great advice on where to go, things to do. Upon arrival we were greeted with fresh watermelon juice - what a treat! Our room was very clean, quiet and spacious. The AM breakfast was delicious and had an omelette bar, lots of baked goods, savory rice/curry dishes, fruits, juices and coffee or tea. The Kona cafe in the hotel was great. We had several coffees there and a yummy Korean bowl for lunch one day. The rooftop pool was a nice place to sit and relax and the gym was clean and had modern cardio equipment and weights. I would recommend this as a place to stay for anyone visiting Dhaka who is interested in a quiet, high quality retreat from the chaos of the city. If we return we will definitely stay here again!

The staffs are very kind and very polite to everyone. And as foreigner guest, I can suggest this hotel to all business person. My pickup at airport was very smooth and everyday laundry service was also nice.

We were well received and checked in swiftly - thanks Mahmud & team. the restaurant had delicious meals that come in time made to my taste. Thank you Raiz for always taking care and serving with a smile

One of the things that I really liked about the hotel is its excellent staff. I really appreciate Mr. Harun (F&B staff), who was very patient and kind. The service was also very good. Besides, the food was great.

I stayed there with my family. The place is very secured and the environment is very homely. Staff behavior is so friendly. The food was also very amazing. I would recommend all of you to come and visit Lakeshore hotel Gulshan.

The staff I meet there whenever I visit Bangladesh are extra courteous, humble and make your travels unforgettable! They did the same this time as well. I recommend this hotel for any visits to Bangladesh and for experiencing the same.
