I had a wonderful stay at the White Palace Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived, always ready to help with a smile. The hotel was spotlessly clean, which made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my stay. The location is very convenient, being so close to the airport, and the surrounding scenery was a lovely bonus—peaceful and pleasant to look out onto. The facilities were well-maintained, and I truly appreciated the overall atmosphere. Highly recommend this place for business travelers or anyone needing a convenient yet relaxing stopover.

Simple but ok for 1 night. Close to airport and one of the affordable option to stay in Uttara, nice area for cool cafe, restaurants and shops

All the staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The food was delicious and well-prepared. A special appreciation to the F&B team — their service was outstanding! They were attentive, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Honestly, every staff member we met provided great service. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very well managed. You can really see that they work hard and achieve their KPIs — everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Highly recommended! Everyone should come and stay at this hotel. It is definitely trusted and worth it!

Would love to have night lamps and more amenities in bathroom. A proper clean up after the guests leave and removing their stuff should be done thoroughly. However, the staffs are very friendly and helpful. Foot choice for the breakfast is very limited. Would be good to have warm food served.  Overall, I like this hotel at Dhaka. Value for money.

Wonderful service team. Cheap and nice food. Very noisy from outside roads being close to the main road. But disappointed with the rooms, not exactly clean as it looks in the photo which was probably taken when it used to be in very good condition. Rest all great.

Excellent service. Room was big it was like a premier inn the hotel in the UK. The breakfast was included and had a great choice of food.

It is very convenient to go to Dhaka Airport. There is a shuttle bus that can go directly there, which saves time and effort. It is quite good. Also the room is spacious with lots of brkfast options

Satisfactory services I think this hotel is really good for families. My flight was early, but they still gave me a breakfast pack to take with me. If I ever get the chance, I will definitely come back again.

Shayon made my wait enjoyable I had a really nice stay. When I was checking out and waiting for the car to the airport, a front desk staff member named Shayon started telling me about nice places to visit in Dhaka. That made the waiting time go by so fast—I didn't feel bored at all. He was very kind and really understood how I felt.

The receptionist was kind during my check-in and check-out. It was a brief stay because I had a 14-hour layover.
