Hotel berhampiran Katras Mansa Mandir Kewat Tola, Dhanbad

I like to stay such hotel where i get homely environment. Food quality is excellent. Staffs are good. Another plus point that hotel allows early check in 2 hrs before which i need when i come dhanbad.

The rooms are clean and conveniently located near the railway station and market. However, accessing the hotel through the market road by car may lead to congestion due to numerous parked vehicles, causing potential damage. To avoid this, it's advisable to call the hotel upon arriving via an alternative road. The hotel staff is courteous, and overall, i appreciate the hospitality of the people in dhanbad.

3. There huge problem of electricity ac is not properly working no remote for ac, geyser also not properly working, room and bed not cleaned every day. No water no glasses in the room, foods are average, no toilet kits in the toilet, even no intercom in the room. It should not be delux room service.

I recently stayed at luxus inn hotel in dhanbad and overall, my experience was positive. The hotel's location was convenient, providing easy access to key areas in the city. The breakfast served during my stay was delightful. Additionally, the availability of ample car parking space was a significant convenience, ensuring a hassle-free experience during my visit. However, i encountered a minor issue during my stay. The water boiler in my room was not functioning properly. Despite promptly reporting the issue to the front desk, indicating the urgency of the matter, there was a delay in receiving assistance. Despite the assurance that someone would come and rectify the problem, regrettably, no one arrived to resolve the issue. While this didn’t majorly impact my overall experience, it did affect the comfort of my stay, and i hope such instances can be addressed more promptly in the future. Despite this hiccup, i found my stay at luxus inn hotel to be pleasant, primarily due to the positive aspects mentioned earlier. I appreciate the efforts of the staff in making my stay comfortable and hope that the attention to detail regarding room amenities can be improved for a more seamless guest experience.

All the staff were very, very friendly...very helpful...very professional. The rooms were very clean and well equipped. (get discounts for the rooms at the reception) The waiters were exceptional...polite and attentive in every way. The landscaping is beautifully The food was totally awesome everywhere we ate. There is complete tranquility if one wishes just to relax around There is a wellness at the hotel for all.

As i was late in check in, i called them to inform the same. Checked in late and face some unexpected situation like bathroom fittings not working at all, ask for driver to operate the same, though they ask for a room change but late check in and again room shifting not possible. Ac not working, tv set top bx not re changed, qr for menu for dinner not found, inter communication tele connect not have any dail tone. When i informed them earlier, then everything should be expected in place. But not happened so.

Everybody was so co -operative . We do have food restriction but our choices had been nice cated too. Large comfortable room will maintaind. Everytime we come to dhanbad will stay at Cocoon as family recomodation . Stayed date is 29th sep to 02nd october
