My 5 Star ratings to this Amazing Property . If you want Peace of mind , Spacious Rooms , Serenity , Garden then this is a must stay place . I just had a 1 night stay with an early morning checkin . Since the hotel is located adjoining the Unkal Lake , the calmness & the beauty is priceless. Also if you are a morning Person then you can take a walk around the lake & also do exercise in the garden area adjoining the restaurent The Breakfast option is too good with an excellant service from the FNB Team . The way the dishes were presented, I was impressed . The ceiling of the restaurent is not to be missed as it has been beautifully designed The room here is quite good with a balcony attached from where one can watch the Sunrise, Lake . I was lucky to see the Sunrise 🌅 from the balcony which was just wonderful . The Hotel has one more Branch in the same premises which is in the Budget category . Prices are much more reasonable but its a separate entity of the same Hotel. Will come back to have a longer stay till then good bye 👋

Great ambience. Good Food and the facilities provided at the hotel were upto the standards. Would definitely like to visit again and recommend the same to my friends and family. The staff was very kind and the service was provided in a timely manner. However the hot water was not available and the tatasky connection was deactivated. Upon intimation the problem was rectified. The same may be checked earlier before the guests arrive

The hotel is located at a prime scenic location in Hubli city. The stay was fantastic. The hospitality, service provided, room facilities, quality, comfort and ambience- everything was top notch and awesome! They even drop newspaper to our room doorstep early morning! One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in India. They have a pure vegetarian fine dining restaurant in the terrace with a jungle-theme, here the dining and food experience was another level. The breakfast buffet price was very budget friendly but the varieties they provided with authentic and quality taste was something unforgettable for me and my mom. Additionally, the Unkal lake view from the restaurant is so beautiful especially during dinner time.

It was an amazing stay over here. I found the room was big with all fitted modern amenities. Had sound sleep on comfortable bed and rejuvenating morning with darjeeling tea. Wide spread of breakfast and lunch, delicious food. Beautiful ambiance and most welcoming host they are. I would love to stay once again.

This is the worst hotel I have ever been to. The whole hotel is dirty, the bedsheets had stains and mold on it, there were rats in the hallway and the bathroom was totally dirty with urine stains as there was no cleaning before. When we decided to leave the faculty they charged us the night. Bad service. A very disappointing experience. Please don’t go there.

We had been to hubballi for my son's jee exam. We stayed at aryadurga lodge and i recommend this place for anyone who wants to have a no-frills stay. Mr. Sudhir, the owner, a very nice gentleman, himself manages the show. Although i had booked the room for only a day, i extended it for another day. Aryadurga is situated right in front of rani chennamma's (statue) circle, which is like a hub for many things. The staff was very friendly and guided me in various matters. Overall rating: best value for money.

Ssinghmanvir007One of the best properties to stay in Hubli. Very spacious rooms with great attention to detail, lovely facilities such as swimming pool, gym and recreation center and great food options - all very reasonably priced. The only scope of improvement is in mosquito control. Being surrounded by and full of plants and vegetation, mosquitoes are a real problem and one is advised to be prepared for the same (carry Odomos cream, an electric racquet and keep yourself covered).

PPengguna TetamuWe had an absolutely amazing time at Royal Ritz. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. The only disappointing thing was that the pillows were very thick and firm. I would have liked softer ones. Other than that, I can’t fault the place and will definitely go back.

PPengguna TetamuThe location is good and in centre of the city. The rooms are good but need more maintenance. Bed is soft, but extra beds if you need are hard. Bathrooms are ok. There were cockroaches in the bathroom so we had to change the room. Another room which was booked, the ac was not working there and lot of cigarette smoke smell so we had to change that as well. Food is good but takes a while to be delivered. Price of the rooms are affordable at 2k a night. A good hotel which can be better with some more proper management

One very important thing was the food quality here. We tried the local dishes which were excellent but the cherry on the top was the Home Style mutton curry prepared by Chef Lakshman . t was a totally “out of box”experience enjoying a pure Uttarakhand style mutton preparation sitting in Hubli . Overall a great experience.

Hi !! Was visiting Hubli after nearly 5 years , my choice of stay then was Hotel Metropolis, again i choose to stay at this very hotel and i was very very satisfied . Right from taking my booking by Mr Simon in the front desk, the way i felt welcomed on a pouring rainy day in Hubli early morning was really exceptional. Big size rooms, good food in their restaurant and exceptional laundry services inspite of inclement weather was really appreciated. The hotel is situated right in the centre of the city , not too crowded commercial area allows one to take a nice walk too is a plus.
