Hotel Dhigufaruvinagan＇du dengan Kolam Renang

My family and I just enjoyed a wonderful 5 days at Dhigufaru Resort. It’s a beautiful Island with great swimming and snorkelling areas, well-appointed spacious rooms, and a good selection of restaurants and bars. But what really made out stay most memorable was the attentive, professional and courteous staff. We had a couple of issues when we arrived and I had a meeting to express my concerns with Guest Experience Manager Shariu. He graciously listened, apologised, and gave solutions that exceeded my expectations. Between Shariu, our host Fidan, Cho and the restaurant staff it is some of the best customer service I have received. I must also express my gratitude to the team at the dive shop. One of the reasons I wanted to visit the Maldives was for the opportunity to snorkel with Manta Ray at Hanifaru Bay. The weather was hit and miss during our stay, but they were great at communicating and got us there on our last day and we swam with 20+ Manta. Thanks to all the team at Dhigufaru for a great stay, great service and a great memories.
