Great location right by the beach ...amazing staff at the reception when checking in . I especially loved the rooms, they are modern, clean and no mosquitoes. I would just recommend a little improvement at the restaurant section , our pizza wasn't nicely done , but then again the hotel.was.hosting dinners every night maybe the staff was tired . Otherwise it's a great hotel and the nights were always fun , child friendly and a great spot to have a good time

Beautiful grounds and lovely open air bar and lots of options for pool and beach seating. Staff very nice. Food was 3 of 5 as it's typical "all inclusive" food quality and meat was all overcooked and not a lot of flavors to food. Made to cook eggs in morning and lots of food options though. Food bland so I mostly ate at pay places. Get a car to Ali Barbours Cave Restaurant and enjoy high quality food in an amazing atmosphere! Worst things: food and pool and beach close at 6 p.m (sun sets at 7) so you don't get to enjoy best part of the day! pay restaurants on site had very poor service and it takes 3 hours to eat so you'll miss the evening shows! Dinner doesn't start till 7 p.m! Best things: views, great options to sit comfy by beach with lots of shade options, staff, entertainment was amazing too! get the suite rooms! regular rooms are small I think but they are A/C! very, very hot and muggy! Staying in shade was helpful DON'T EAT ICE! I had a few raw veggies and didn't get sick but mostly I stayed away from the salads just in case.

The accommodation is the best thing this Resort has to offer. The room was very spacious, bed was very comfy, the AC was working all the time without any issues, Wifi was working very well in the room (much worse in the area throughout the resort). Bathroom is nice just no hot water for us. One big no-no were the gaps below and on the side of the front door, with having also no mosquito net above the bed it was very apparent that light from out room attracted insects inside thru those gaps every night. Service and staff in general are very nice. One thing. Please, for the love of God, if you take all towels from the room don't make us wait for them 2 days :D this happened twice during the stay. I am a guest that is not causing any extra headache to the reception I just waited (maybe that was the problem, I should have said something) but I got to talk with neighbors and their towels were missing for day or 2 too. Food in the restaurant was very tasty yet very very repetitive. Every day the same thing just prepared differently. Swahili cuisine every Sunday was a blessing, absolutely amazing, keep it up. One thing they can really work on is the "architecture " (for the lack of a better term), as with heavy rains (expected or not) nobody should get rained on during breakfast, lunch or dinner (goes for the staff too, they really tried to move the tables and sweep the water away, but that shouldn't be in a 5 star resort). And maybe turn down the music a little bit (please?) it was very loud during the dinner. Where it needs more work done too is the animation or the program throughout the day. Other than water aerobics and the animation team dancing as part of night entertainment (which was magnificent honestly) there was really nothing to do in the hotel. We came in a time when the beach "collapsed" below the volleyball pitch so I understand they couldn't do that, but nobody tried to fix it during the 13 days we were there, a bit of a shame. And an absolute nail to the coffin is the access to the ocean from the beach. It looks lovely when the tides are high and the waves are splashing to the staircase in the front of the hotel and you get to feel the power of the ocean when it hits the stones. But you can't get to the ocean during that time as you risk injury on the rocks that are sharp and very much hidden below the waves. Once the tides are gone, it's a look that can make one cry. Foreigners are traveling thousands of miles to get a taste of Diani Beach and the Indian Ocean. This resort has the most unlucky and horrible access to the ocean I have ever seen. The natural rock formations are very beautiful, creating somewhat a secluded place for a "private" beach, because you can't walk to the right and explore the beach. Resort tried to mitigate the horrible access thru the rocks by building some sort of a road (lets say) that leads you to ocean where you have sand below your feet. But that is broken at some places too and it is very hard to

Our experience at this hotel was fantastic. It was extremely clean, with a beautiful reception hall and a pristine, beautiful white beach. The food was very diverse and delicious, and the staff was extremely helpful, smiling, funny, and hospitable. While there were many names, I remember Iman (Faith)who was at the reception and Madam Salome duty manager and Selvia (house keeping) i give all of them 5 stars. For anyone looking for a peaceful family stay, this hotel is the perfect place.

We stayed in a private pool villa, facilities are gorgeous, wildlife around the grounds make For an authentic African experience. The food in all restaurants is varied and flavoursome, service is second to none! We had the most wonderful family trip, and made the most beautiful life long memories!

We really enjoyed our stay at the resort. Great location right by the beach with lots of opportunities for relaxing by the pool or the beach. Too bad that we couldn’t enjoy the beach fully because of all the “beach boys” trying to sell us their stuff. The rooms were nice cleaned and with great air conditioning. The food at the buffet was good but not much variation. We had a great time at the resort and really felt welcomed by the very friendly staff. I don’t remember lots of names but there was a guy in service called Juma. He gave us the best service and made us feel very special and welcomed. He was absolutely amazing. The entertainment team also did a great job. All the staff members were wonderful. Always smiling and greeting us. We had an amazing time and would definitely come back.

Beautiful hotel with great staff. Rooms clean and cleaned daily with great air con and beautiful views. The only downside I could see is the food which is very repetitive at breakfast and dinner with some things being the same. We were half board and were going to upgrade to all inclusive but was told you still had to eat lunch in the horizon restaurant as the other restaurants weren't included and had to pay in them anyway so we decided 80 dollars a day was too much just for lunch and a couple of drinks which were also limited to certain ones. Think including all restaurants in all inclusive should be something the hotel considers as its something that is pretty much the norm anywhere else. My only other issue was the sellers on the beach, very intimidating and won't leave you alone even when you say no. So disappointing as we couldn't even go for a walk or a swim as it stopped us from even going onto the beach. They scared me. Surely the hotel should be able to stop these guys from hassling people. Again the hotel and all the staff were terrific but because of the food and guys on the beach I don't think I would return but all in all a wonderful place.

We had a great time at the Leopard Beach Resort. The staff were always very courteous and friendly. There is definitely enough choice for everyone at the buffet. The singers and dancers provide great entertainment. Special thanks go to the entertainers Samuel and Alvin, who created a great atmosphere with their high spirits. With various activities and exciting evenings, we will always remember our time well. Thank you very much!
