Room design is beautiful and view from room is awesome. Bird poop problem at balcony not hotels fault. Breakfast can be improve. The only best thing is staff is lovely. We love them.

Amazing staff and hotel everything was perfect. Except the breakfast buffet for the 3 nights we spent there it was the same food everyday no variety at all.

المكان حميل والتعامل اكثر من رائع الطعام حدا لذيذ بنصح فيه وبشدة واشكر النادل بالمطعم zillur على خدمته الطيبة شكرا 🌹🌹 بالنسبة للغرف جدا مريحة وخدمة الغرف سريعين ومتعاونين والغرف كلها عليها اطلالة بحرية متميزة

My friend and I just spent a week at this lovely hotel . On arrival the reception was fantastic. We were upgraded due to my friends birthday. On entering our room , we were delighter that they had dressed her bed with happy birthday and flowers and animal towel , also they had dressed similar to my bed , such a beautiful touch ! Our beds were super comfy with amazing linen & pillows .We had a lovely relaxing week , the Adult pool was perfect for our much needed chill out .our room was spacious and stylish as was the rest of the hotel . The buffet food was lovely and plenty to choose from . The staff were amazing and very helpful! There were a few that I will name as shining stars and deserve the recognition:- Pool bar guys - Hiran & Shayan Restaurant - zillur , chancel, chef saurav, chef Mohamed Pool assistant- Benjamin All of the above made our stay even more special, there were many others and you should be very proud of the staff you have We do hope to return one day .
