Room was too much dirty no clean and food service is third class not recommended to stay in palm beach resort

I was searching a property for diu stay then i found itb with good ratings they full-fill my expectations. All things were good but they have big space for improvement in food section.

Very average room. The only high was inclusion of breakfast at a very cheap rate of 120 bucks extra. The spring mattress was at the verge of its life. The height of the western closet was almost 1 feet from the bottom. The look and feel is very bad. Would not recommend. However the staff was very good, i couldn’t resist giving tip to one who served breakfast.

Everything was fine. Receptionist was not good. Restaurant team was great. Overall found a hotel near beach in budget and safety.

Overall, i cannot recommend based on my stay. The high price is simply not justified by the quality of the ambiance and restaurant. I hope the management takes steps to improve these aspects for future guests, i expected a much better experience. Unfortunately, the poor ambiance and subpar restaurant did not justify the hefty price tag.

As toilet is not good, television cable are hanging, room ac is making noise, overall average room, they are charging high price compared to fern or lords in

It was very nice stay and special for families. Near to beach and comfortable. Breakfast was very nice served by manishbhai and nice support from narendrabhai manager

Room size is ok. Staff is polite. Improvement required is (1) cleanliness - toilets are dirty - which is most important (2) after kitchen hrs - no food is served, even for kids - milk is not available. (3) room cleaning shall be done everyday (4) maintenance activity of electrical and electronic devises needs to be improved, as it may be a serious risk to guest - specially kids.
