I booked ac room for the stay, on the day of check in i called hotel and said i will be doing late check in, and we went around 1 pm at the hotel. To our surprise at the reception no one was there, we rang the bell at reception but no one came so i again called on same no, i was informed somebody will be there in 5 mins, after waiting for 10 mins i called on another no, then again i was told to wait. And after waiting again for 10 mins, one person came who was fully drunked, he didn’t know that our booking was in ac room, he again disappear for 5-10 mins and came back saying, we need to shift you to different hotel as ac is not working. He took us to the different hotel nearby, when we checked in that room had ac but remotes were not working, the person was so drunk-ed that he was not in his senses. After struggling for few minutes he bought other 2-3 remotes, out of that 1 was working. After this drama was over we finally relaxed for few mins. When i went inside bathroom i realised that bathroom window was bit broken and i can see outside small live honeycomb was there, i immediately went at reception to ask for paper so that i can cover it, the owner didnt even bother to come and check the situation when i explained, they didnt even have glue/tape to stick it, luckily i had tape in my travel pouch so i fixed the window so that we were safe from honey bee and our privacy is maintained. I understand equipments like ac are tend to give issues but my point is why it was not checked when i called and why alternate arrangements were not made prior to my arrival, and why there was no sober person at the reception?
