My wife and I completed a 3-night stay at this property and were disappointed. The room and facilities did not meet our expectations for cleanliness, there was always a strong odor of cigarette smoke in our bathroom area (reported to the hotel staff), and we had to accommodate a repairman who was changing out all the locks in our hallway one morning. Altogether not a good experience, which we expressed to the hotel and to *********** who we used to prepay for 2 reservations. We couldn’t get the second reservation canceled so had to stay there again to keep from losing our prepaid money. The second stay was in an upgraded room which was bigger and nicer than the first with no smoke smell, but this didn’t make up for the fact that the hotel has a lot of work to do to bring it up to the advertised product.

Très bon accueil du réceptionniste Mr rivo souriant et accueillant, l'emplacement de la résidence est parfait et au calme mais cependant éviter les chambres côté parking quand on dort les fenêtres ouvertes. Ras

Excellent accueil! La Résidence est très bien placée, à 2 pas du centre-ville, du Lac de Divonne, et à quelques kms des pistes... Le personnel est d'une gentillesse... les espaces communs, les appartements sont très propres. Nous avions un duplex, literie excellente (très important...)! Les petits - : la SDB est exigue et a besoin d'être rénovée, il manque un petit four dans la cuisine... Mais ce sont des détails...

Hotel idéalement située si vous souhaitez découvrir Divone, et ses alentours, à quelques minutes de la Suisse, et des lacs (Annecy, Genéve,Divone...) Nous y avons séjourné à l'occasion d'un mariage, dés notre premier contacte (téléphonique) le courant est passé.... personnel trés arrangeant, aimable, toujours prêt à rendre service Petit déjeuner copieux, chambre très propre, proche du centre ville: restaurants, marché du dimanche, promenade..... Bref tout pour passer un bon moment.....nous vous le recommandons, sans réserve
