Séjour catastrophique entre la chambre ( très froide le chauffage fonctionnait une fois sur deux avec un bruit assourdissant. Coupure d eau chaude .restauration catastrophique séjour inoubliable dans le mauvais sens du terme.
Dommage !!!!!

كانت تجربه مريره وخايبه عللخر واخر مره بش نمشيلو أن شاء الله. بدينا ملي دخلنا لاعندهم كروسه بش تهز فيه الدبش لا حتى شي رصاطلنا نهزو في الدبش الكل وحدنا وتعبنا حتى وصلناه للبيت. الصدمه الكبيره بعد ماعطاونا البيت.. لايزي الأثاث قديم حاله والجراري مانحكيش طايحين وحالتهم تكرب وزيد البيت تطل على سطح.!!! تصورو واحد دافع دم قلبه بش في لخر يسكنوني في بيت فوق السطوح. كي رجعت لهم بش يبدلولي البيت كل واحد فيهم يعدي في للآخر. وفي لخر جاني المسؤول غادي في عوض بش يعتذر ويتكلم بتربيه ولا يعيط ويتكلم بطريقه غير لائقه. وهذا الكل وقالي مانجم نبدلها لك كان من غدوه. استنينا لغدوه وعطونا بيت اخرا بالطبيعه بعد مامرجونا الكبده متاعنا. وعطاوهالنا في الطابق الأرضي. نموس في البيت.. كليماتيزور يقطر بالماء. وحاله حليله. بالنسبه للماكله تعيف ومافماش لا طعم لا تنوع لا نكهه لا حتى شي. البقيه الكل متوسط. ماننصحش فيه بالكل وهذه آخر مره نمشيلو أن شاء الله.

Verry good hotel in real good price. I don't understand all negative opinions about cleanes in this hotel...Ok, there was a little dirt on the carpets but the same I've seen in 5 stars Hilton in Gdan̈sk or in Radison in Warsaw... Hotel is a little bit old and food is not stunning but I can promise-you will not be hungry. And please, in this price for 4 stars hotel in Tunisia don't expect standards like in 7 stars hotel in Dubai... Boys from animation team were doing great job. Ok, there was a little bit of improvisation but they work hard to get involved everyone on the party. Everynight was dance party and nobody was sitting The only minus was, that if you get poolside room, at the evening or you need to go for party or stay at room but forget about sleep till midnight

The rooms themselves were fine, the food was good but there could be more choice for Europeans, Our stay lasted for a week in early June, thanks to the animatora our stay was much more enjoyable, thank you Daly, Blacky, Ayoub, Pikachu and Ju :)

I stayed at the Sidi Mansour hotel at the beginning of June. My stay was very good, all thanks to the wonderful animators, I mean: Pikachu, Ju, Daly, Blacky, Ayoub and others. The boys constantly made sure we weren't bored, came up with games, talked to us, and sat with us at meals. As for the rooms, they were clean and cleaned every day. The food was decent, something different every day. The bartenders didn't skimp on alcohol either 🤣 Greetings to the entire hotel team ♥️

THE WORST HOTEL OF MY LIFE! the bartender takes photos of the girl! the hotel manager listened to my opinion but did nothing! Would it be the same if someone touched a woman? food terrible. He has something to eat for breakfast. there is no cutlery in the cafeteria. the service is not nice and terrible. I don't recommend it to anyone. NAJGORSZY HOTEL W MOIM ŻYCIU! barman robi zdjecia dziewczyną! menagzer hotelu wysluchal mojej opiji ale nic nie zrobil! czy gryby ktos dotykal kobiete byloby to samo? jedzenie okropne. Na sniadanie nie ma co jeść. na stołowce nie ma sztućcy. obsluga jest nie miła i fatalna. nikomu nie polecam.

I spent there a week with my mother. The room was clean and had no defects whatsoever. We also really enjoyed the food which was served fresh and with different variations. Very close to the beach, you can either walk or take free pickup car standing next to the hotel. I have visited Tunisia 7 times in different 4 to 5 star hotels but this is the first time I saw animation team so dedicated to their job. Special recognition for Pikachu, Blacky and Jilani for their outstanding charisma and friendly approach in encouraging people to participate in additional activities. I also could count on them when I needed a help and info regarding moving around the town as well as avoiding tourists traps. I came back to work more recharged than I was expecting, to be honest.

A very good hotel for this price. Close to the beach, you can walk, there is also a shuttle service to the beach. Food very good, sometimes monotonous, but there were also days where there was something completely new like kebab. Animators are great, you can see that they try to make people have a great time. All service in general a big plus, we had no problem. Even when the all-inclusive bracelet broke twice during water gymnastics there was no problem. The hotel is a little out of the way, but there are shops opposite and very close to the crocodile farm, a walk of about 15 minutes. We often went out to walk around the area and lots of people smiled or waved at us so we felt very safe. Highly recommended!

My partner and I stayed at Sidi Mansour for 6 days. The hotel is beautiful and extremely clean, with a large pool. I was happy with the amount of vegetarian choices in the dining room. I am quite shy and do not usually take part in animation options like dancing and games however the animation team at Sidi Mansour is absolutely wonderful. They put me at ease and were very friendly and not pushy at all, however did succeed in getting me (and other hesitant people) to join in! Contact with the team feels really personal and catered to your own wishes and needs. I particularly had a great time and lovely chats with Blacky who is a total pro, super friendly and accommodating and even taught me some Arabic! I would absolutely return.
