This hotel is great. Food is delicious and there is big variety of choices. Beach and the sea is clean but sometimes there is sea****. Close to the beach is big pool where are friendly animators so there is always fun. Especially Bubu, Jamaica and Joud. The night programs are funny and every night different. Thanks for all the animators.

Hotel Dar Djerba fully met my expectations. The place is very nice, spacious, despite the large number of tourists, I don't feel crowded. The service is very friendly, helpful, solves any problems on an ongoing basis. high level restaurant and bar. The animators are great, they organize the time perfectly, they draw everyone into the fun. I heartily recommend.

the animators are amazing, they do the best job, these people make the hotel alive, Nino and BoBo are the best, they provide entertainment at the highest level all the time, smiles do not leave their faces. I love this place! Thank you all animator for a good time

Hotel is very nice, especially animators at the pool, who are nice, helpful and always take care about guests. They make fun, it is not boring with them. Really cool guys :) Pool is huge, there is very close to the beautiful sea, good food and rooms with air conditioning, good drinks, there are plenty of sunbeds for free. It was a good week here.

Beautiful hotel with very kindly personel. You can spent amazing time here. You can relax on the beach or play with the best animation team! Night shows and paties every day are the best option for young people! I really recomend you this hotel! :) The best animator- Joud, and the worst- Bubu!

The rooms are relatively new (renovated).. the air con, the m’attestes and the pillows were fine. The rest including the curtains/blackouts need some attention. The restaurant experience is deceiving.. poor service (the waiters are just good at pushing you out of the restaurant around 2030 as they close at 2100) they don’t dress the tables don’t clean there there is a shortage in cutlery.. to much plastic cups .. the quality of the products isn’t great and on top the chefs are doing zero efforts. Nice beach but hey should remove some of the small rocks.

Where to start… we just returned from a 4 day stay at Dar Djerba Narjess. The personnel working at the hotel are very rude and the type of people attracted to this hotel are often from a lower class, resulting in lots of people saving sun beds without even going to the swimming pool or beach and people picking foods by their hand from the buffet. Coming to the rude personnel section; I was considered a tourist (although I speak Arabic and am half Tunisian) hence, when I trespassed the buffet aula after opening times one waiter shouted at me in Arabic: “WHAT DO YOU WANT, we are closed”. When I talked back in Arabic he was shocked. Also, personnel are willing to save nice seats at breakfast/lunch/dinner at extra pay ;) you see empty spots everywhere at dinner time although finding a place to eat is difficult. The rooms are pretty outdated, one friend of mine even had cockroaches on his room… some positive points: the beach is really nice and there is good animation at this hotel so your kids will likely not be bored. It’s a pity such a great hotel is lacking on so many points …
