Very good value for money. Great staff - always friendly and helping when required. Great animation team who always offered activities to us and the kids. Food is very good and freshly cooked. The rooms are simple but well equipped. Good mattress which is the most important for a good sleep. Pool area is beautiful!

Great hotel! Very friendly staff, super team of animation, Bobo, Kiki, Rio, Syrine, Soraya, ... . They made every day so fun for us and made us feel very welcome! They have great shows, fun games, good drinks, clean rooms and a nice pool. And the enverioment was so beautiful. We had such a good time and were sad when we had to leave this behind.

Nice Hotel. Big squere, big pol, very nice staff. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.We felt very comfortable. The garden is beautiful. (It is unfortunate that the guest drinks a lot of alcohol and cannot behave, this was once twice confusing.)

Great resort, pleasant peaceful place. Activities which you can join or not. It is up to you. Nice people in a staff. Delicious food, good beer, wine and shots. Nice sea, although beach was a little bit dirty by building stones etc. Must be careful because of injuring od feet sometimes. For good price you get excellent holiday! You can speak english but sometimes they dont understand... and they try to understand czech or polish words. I want to go back soon :).

Very good vaccation with my best friend. Animation team was super and friendly i can recommend this hotel. Everything was so good. Room was clean, kitchen was very good, bar was good, very good music and parties

The hotel itself is quite nice, mega-large swimming pool, no problems with sunbeds. Unfortunately, I have to complain about the service. At the canteen, the attitude towards holidaymakers changed only after the surveys. Previously, hardly anyone was interested in us and it was impossible to ask for cutlery. When others gave the service a bad review, something changed for the better. But the worst unpleasantness happened to me at the reception. My fiancé - a Tunisian - was supposed to come to me in order to provide the necessary documents. Due to the full occupancy of the hotel, he could not rent a room. Nevertheless, due to the long journey (about 600 km one way), I wanted him to spend at least a few hours with me in the swimming pool for a fee (so that he could rest a bit before returning). I specifically asked the day before if it was possible. I was informed that there is absolutely no problem with the payment. Imagine my surprise when the next day I wanted to pay for his stay at the swimming pool and I found out that no, because no (I honestly got the impression that the problem was that he was Tunisian and not any other reason for refusal). In the end, we had to move to the beach to be able to spend at least 2 hours together and talk. So, despite many pluses, I was left with a huge distaste after this hotel...

we were with the family for 2 weeks, we highly recommend the hotel. nice atmosphere, nice animators, for children and adults animators did a lot of attractions to make everyone's stay pleasant, the hotel was always clean. best bartenders in the hotel Ahmed and Saad from the pool bar, they made good drinks

it was more than amazing.. food,bar,staff and places specially animation we were experciencing lots of tunisian flavors and folclore and becca was really helpfull in most of everything we are so happy and we will come back for sure
