I came to work a short contract in Dodge City and had reservations at another hotel in town. When I got there I became aware that an annual 10 day festival was going on that added 100,000 people over the co**** of the festival. Somehow, the previously booked hotel ( of which I’m a diamond elite) could not find my reservation for the second week. Every room in town was full- no vacancies. My husband called around and eventually got Chanteau Roman at the front desk of Holiday Inn express. She was so professional, warm and kind. She worked very hard and called us as cancellations became available and ended up accommodating me for the entire second week! When I got here to check in she was at the desk. Again, her demeanor was so warm & helpful I profusely thanked her! She made this situation so much better even though she was extremely busy! A+ to her-a truly valuable employee!! The entire hotel is beautiful, clean and modern & every thing in the room actually works! The mattress & pillows are incredibly soft & comfortable. Will certainly return here!
