Hotel yang bagus, 2.5 kilometer dari stesen bas. Selepas perjalanan yang jauh, kami berjalan ke sana. Sebuah teksi adalah 30 lire. Kakitangan yang mesra. Kami mendapat bilik dengan pemandangan Gunung Ararat. Mandian Turki, sauna, urutan. Malangnya, kolam renang tidak berfungsi. Sarapan Turki sedap. Pelbagai jenis keju roti, mentega, sosej, salad Rusia seperti Olivier, dan gulung keju kotej. Bilik ini mempunyai cerek. Hotel itu juga menyewa kereta. Kami pergi ke sempadan Iran, ke kaki bukit dan Tasik Fan. Sangat berpuas hati dengan hotel. 👍

Polite check in. Room had A/C and balcony view of Ararat. No evening meal available. Room service was from an outside delivery company. Noise from adjoining room. Issues with power cuts. Loose marble slabs on balcony wall. Room and bathroom in need of updating and modernising. Good location for the Palace.

Great location and service. I did stay for 10 days during my Ararat Summit. It is with Mount Ararat view from the room balcony. Quite large room but needs refurbishment. Room cleaning could be much better. Ferit and Muhammed are very helpful staff. Thanks for their hospitality. Definitely will come back on my next Doğu Bayazıt visit.

The hotel is a 15minutes distance from the city center. However there is a supermarket next to it.The rooms facing the highway can be very noisy. My bed was hard enough to have a good sleep. Rooms facing opposite to the entrance have a great view to mount Ararat. The terrace on the top floor seemed not to be operational. The breakfast was fine.

We visited grand aga hotel in dogubayazit after a long 10hours bus ride and were sleeping in our room. Suddenly 6 men claiming to be police barged into our rooms without knocking and demanding for passport. The reception kept our passports and when the whole thing was over, we had no explanation to why the police (or so they claim to be) just barged into our hotels for no reason. Breakfast was just normal, can't even ask for eggs cooked differently. Only had hard boiled eggs.

We were disappointed by the hotel.
First of all, we had requested a double bed. The hotel agreed. However, upon arrival, our room had two single beds. On top of that, it appeared to be a smoking room with a lot of bad perfume to cover this up.
Our bathroom was not very clean and the door of the shower was missing, leaving us with a very wet floor.
The breakfast was not sufficient with bread and vegetables that were clearly not day-fresh.
Overall, not worth the money.
