We had an amazing time here, it was 5 stars! It was immaculately clean and designed. I was at peace because there was a Quran and prayer mat in our room, there's a Qatari vibe to the hotel; architecture, smell (smells gorgeous), staff. The staff are very attentive and theres a quick service. Breakfast was perfect, we had dinner and in room dining service which was perfect and special. We used the gym ( excellent exercise machines) , rooftop pool was perfect with private shower rooms. The spa was amazing, we had a couples hammam. The only thing I'm not sure about is, wether guests can use the sauna and steam rooms as they are in the spa, we got to use it because we were clients there. We also loved the segregation in the spa. It was perfect, we wish we stayed longer, it felt like home, we will visit again in sha Allah. We booked 2 hotels; after we moved to St Regis and missed Steinberger so much, out of both hotels we loved Steinberger and wanted to return. Steinberger scored way better than a well-known hotel resort. Thankyou for taking care of us.

The hotel is centrally located to tourist spots and the metro gold line. All of the staff were so helpful, accommodating and ready to help with a friendly smile. We felt very welcomed as soon as we checked-in and were offered a welcome coffee at the front desk. Staff members like Basit and Tara were always there to make our stay a pleasant experience. The hotel is right across the street from the Souq Waqif and it is accessible from an underground walkway in front of the hotel courtyard. The same walkway is connected to the metro gold line. The metro is very convenient as it is connected to many tourist spots throughout Doha. The front desk is operated all day and night, so it was very helpful as we had an early flight out of Doha. The check-out process was quick and efficient, and the staff helped us with transportation and luggage to the airport.

Just a short ride from Hamad International Airport ($5 Uber) and another short ride to the Al Corniche Street area to see many sites ($3 Uber) is this incredible Holiday Inn, I have never experienced a Holiday Inn like this before. Very reasonably priced that includes breakfast , a breakfast that you would see in high end restaurants, the staff is spot on and easy to communicate with, taking the time to talk and explain in detail your every concerns. The conversation always ends in a “ no problem sir” for example: I have a late flight leaving Doha today, asked for a late check out “no problem sir” asked at breakfast if I may return for breakfast after sitting for coffee “no problem sir” I was going to jot down names of the people who helped me….. everyone that I spoke with helped me! No need to look for any other hotels, this place is it. Many options for food and drinks on site, exercise facilities are immaculate, pool is inviting and the rooms are spacious.

LLvxingdaren2023優點是 地理位置非常好，市中心，樓上有做頭髮指甲的，也非常方便。房間是非常新 非常乾淨 豪華舒適，酒店服務也很好，唯一的缺點是裏面人很少，餐廳沒什麼人，有兩個方位的門，出租車不知道到哪個門，經常要等，但他們盡力幫忙把車叫過來，這個服務是很到位的，但多少不太方便。

From time you walk in - the ladies at the spa reception are friendly making that 1st encounter that much more memorable The pool staff tirelessly professional in their Service despite the heat. The life guards are friendly too. The chef at the Flamingo bra and restaurant- I really wish I remembered his name - he made a gluten free meal for me as their menu was limited options. I do hope management commend him for his can do nature and recogansie him as the staff of the month or something. He came out of the kitchen to the pool area to ask what he can make - he made it and then came back after to check if it was fine. What a gent Seriously though - hard to fault the place or the staff. Keep it up 👍

İşleri sebebiyle çok fazla seyahat eden birisi olarak mutlaka söylemeliyim ki böylesine sıcak ve kendimi evimde hissettiğim çok nadir yer oldu. Gece 2 de güler yüzleri ile ilk defa karşılayan ve kaldığım sürece bu davranışlarını devam ettiren resepsiyon çalışanları Hazel, Akhil, Prinsi, Job, Mohamed, Achini, Vargese, Houssem e ayrı ayrı teşekkür ediyorum. Ayrıca otelde bulunduğum sürece zamanımın çoğunu geçirdiğim Boradway de görev yapan Lisa, Shela, Ronald, Anita, Alan, Wicram ve Jayme'ye de ayrıca ve herkesten öte teşekkür etmeyi bir borç biliyorum. İnanılmaz güler yüzlü ve yardımsever şekllde işlerini yerine getirdiğiler. Muhteşem bir kadro oluşturulmuş. Tabi ki bu noktada da bu ekibin bu başarısının altında çok genç yaşına rağmen son derece profesyonelce yönetim becerisi sergileyen Aslı hanımın hakkını teslim etmek istiyorum. Onun yönetim becerisi sayesinde bu ekip muhteşem bir iş çıkardılar. Bir daha DOHA'ya geldiğimde adresim artık belli. Her şey için tekrar teşekkrürler...

My favorite is The Cellar that serves excellent Spanish tapas and wines. The buffet breakfast is as described by the hotel: lavish. I usually stay at Hyatt Regency Oryx to break my long flights from Asia to the US.

TthomasgggWe (4 adults and 1 teen) have just returned from a wonderful stay at Al Mirqab hotel. Pre Arrival Prior to booking I made an email enquiry about the availability of an extra bed. This was answered very quickly and put my mind at rest about the size of the rooms and ability to accommodate a third person. This was also reconfirmed directly by the hotel less than 30 minutes after making the booking via Expedia. And then, the day before our arrival I received a courtesy telephone call (Doha to UK) to check whether we had any special requests or transportation needs and to say how much the team were looking forward to our arrival. I have stayed at many 4 and 5 star hotels around the world and never have I been called ahead of time to be welcomed. A really personal touch. Arrival Tip: If taking a taxi from the airport be sure to state clearly Souq Waqif Boutique Hotels by Tivoli and in particular Arumail Boutique hotel on Al Souq Street. Unfortunately, we were taken to the completely wrong hotel which also had the name Souq Waqif in the title! When we did arrive at the correct hotel the welcome was warm and our earlier stress was quickly forgotten. We were checked in at Arumail hotel with the offer of coffee and dates whilst we were waiting. (Thank you to Mr Mouhaib for the coffee and introducing us to sweet dates) Our booking was split between Arumail and Mirqab hotels but Mr Abdullah was super helpful and offered our couple in the group an upgrade at a discounted price so that we could all stay together in Al Mirqab. It was an offer too good to refuse! Once we had completed the formalities we and our luggage were whisked by buggy over to Al Mirqab. Hotel Location Excellent! All of the hotels are dotted around the souq, but we liked Al Mirqab because it was right next door to the Metro station. If you want to be close to the Corniche choose Al Jomrok. Al Jasra is slightly on the edge but no more than a 2 minute walk from the main area. Rooms Our rooms were spacious and very well appointed. Even with the additional bed in one of the rooms we still had plenty of room. The complimentary water and tea and coffee was replenished every day and the mini fridge was perfect for cooling the water overnight ready to take out with us the next day. Our room was spotlessly clean and made up every day. This was done without any disturbance or inconvenience to us. We never saw the housekeeping staff but always returned to a freshly made up room. If I had one tiny little ****** it would be about the lack of plugs; one by each bedside table would have been super helpful. RRafsana ChoudhuryFantastic family experience. Vilaggio Mall is next door. Lots of shops and children's activities available. Staff were friendly, proactive and helpful. Room was great. Ipad controls made it easy to change the ambience at the touch of a screen. The bathroom had a lovely white tub so i recommend taking some roses and bubble bath to relax with. Shower was leaking a lot of water....
Gorgeous views on each floor. Ladies fitness facilities were really well maintained and easy to access. Hospitality and housekeeping was wonderful throughout our stay. Everyone was very helpful and courteous.
The dining experience needs some improvement. The menu items are not really gourmet. 360 Restaurant menu needs more flavour. Afternoon tea in the Tea Garden was OK. The scones need more flavour and should not be restricted to afternoon tea set menu. They were not served with clotted cream, but a local substitute maybe?
Talabat service in this location is very good. Lots of quality food delivery options available. I recommend getting the app if staying at this hotel.
It would be really nice if this hotel provided a cart service to take guests to and from Aspire Park. Especially for families with children. It's difficult to walk out in humid weather. A local tour would be very helpful too.

Hotel have a wonderful amenities: nice gym ( I am trainer, I know it), restaurants with buffet and good menu, perfect open space with big pool included umbrellas, sunbeds and sittings for enjoying. There are a lot of amenities for sport: basketball, football, game zones etc. And a big area for the children with equipment. I think this hotel is the best if compare with this amenities and price for that. Amazing front desk management, always positive and helpful. Perfect housekeeping, clean bed linen, it was very important for me. Big thankful I wanted to say to Azhar, he is amazing, very professional and very very kind. (good luck bro). Highly recommended!

PPengguna Tetamuالتجربه كانت رائعه جدا من حيث الاستقبال وخدمة الموظفين والمرافق الموجوده ايضا الغرفه واسعه ومطله لكن التصريف في منطقة الاستحمام عكر صفونا قليلا حيث ان الماء لم يخرج بشكل سريع مما ادى الى تسربه الى باقي الحمام واصبحت الارضيه رطبه جدا ولا يوجد حسب ضني مروحه لتهوية المكان او تجفيفه غير ذلك كل شي رائع
