good hotel for business trip, all around luxury hotels and near the city centre mall. the room is big and clean and the reception give us three smoking room, that's great helpful, no need to go down and outside for smoking。 appreciate and hope next time still stay at crown plaza west bay!

The room was not comfortable, toilet door was broken, safe box was damaged, elevator waiting to long because only 2 elevators on service

Staying at Crowne Plaza Doha West Bay was a very pleasant experience. The staff was consistently helpful and polite, making sure our needs were met with a smile. The rooms were kept clean and provided a comfortable environment. The central location of the hotel made it convenient for me to access dining options.

Impressed with the room size and cleanliness. Staff are fantastic, very helpful and friendly. Only the TV was not in service when I entered the room. It was rectified by Frank from the IT department, very service orientated staff. The hair dryer control button was also spoiled, I can only control it with the on/off power point switch. There are also no indications for which switch for what to control the room lighting. No big issue, overall stay very nice stay. Recommended.
