Ulasan Saraya Corniche Hotel

The hotel received booking only for 2 adults whereas I made booking for 1adult 2children age16and11, they didn’t accept that as a result they wanted me to pay for an extra bed and extra breakfast which I refused to do, trip.com wasn’t helpful and kept me waiting in the lobby for 2hrs with 2 children tired and still the issue wasn’t resolved, I ended up sleeping on the floor and had no meals for 4 days because I refused to pay. The pool was a 5m oval shaped splash pool not a swimming pool as listed, the sauna was a 2 person pod as well as the steam room was just the same a 2 person plastic pod which I had to turn on. These are not spa facilities advertised for a 5star hotel. The room was dirty the carpets were filthy, shower was not working, grime near the bath tub and the bath tub had dirt that could not be cleaned. Outside the hotel on the first night and every evening, the hotel side entrance which was also the car park entrance we used was being used by local men and *********** to enter in and out of the hotel, this was very upsetting and disgusting to see especially with my 2 children!! Never have I seen this at a hotel. This hotel is a 3star at best never to be sold as a 5star hotel on your website. I will Not recommend this hotel to anyone to stay.

호텔위치도 수쿠와키푸와 카타르박물관쪽에 있어서 매우 좋은 위치,방도 깨끗하고 직원들도 친절하고 모든게 만족입니다.

當天是週五晚上，買了600多塊錢，不值得！ 但是房間很差勁，説5星酒店，就是一個小樓一層樓約20個房間 裏面空調很大聲很吵，吹風機很一插電就冒煙…… 不值得這個價，可以提前3天再卡塔爾航空上諮詢酒店

房間氣味很重。空調聲音很大。房間燈光很暗，比較老舊，前台女服務態度好差。不停的擺臉色。不喜歡👎🏿。

Best place to be with friends. Customer experience is the best. Wonderful customer service. Worth a visit for sure. Awesome rooftop views . Accessible as it’s in the heart of the city and all other tourist attractions. Perfect stay indeed.

Saraya corniche Hotel is an amazing hotel starting from the front desk welcoming and staff smiling they are really very helpful, rapid response on room serves and cleanliness of the rooms is super. It's was a great experience especially with a great view of city centre. I recommend it for all tourists and staycation. Well done.

Saraya Hotel corniche is just one great hospitable Hotel. Very clean with disciplined staff, the food is soooo great And whenever i would like to host something like a party, Saraya Hotel Corniche comes number one in my mind I give 5 stars ⭐. 😊

The kind of hospitality this hotel os providing exceptional. once i check-in to the hotel i didn't receive any helpful from the baleman i believed i come to the wrong place i was felling badly but the time i was gone to the room i find everything there, plus The location is awesome and the view from the room is mesmerizing. Only thing they need to look after WIFI as it very slow and sometimes it is getting disconnected which is very annoying in this modern period, special thanks to Mr Abdullah from restaurant department for their best friendly hospitality services & for his kind words with us. and though we eat the same breakfast everyday we was felling boring from that same food daily.

Pillows are nice, the furniture style is royally, I liked the additional kitchen area (sink) as it allows management of food more than a small room. One ☝️ very nice staff is Lil, he is your guide on the dos & don’ts in Qatar, he shares the important info around the area and furthermore he shows you the MustSee places for a tourist. Big thank you Lil
