Very good service and clean

酒店離地鐵站非常的近，走路5分鐘就可以抵達。前台非常的熱情，很晚入住，也會幫忙拿行李。房間寬敞，衞生乾淨。

卡塔爾🇶🇦-多哈 皇家幻影酒店 ** Royal Mirage Hotel** （📍）位置：紅線地鐵“Msheireb”站下，從3號出口出來，走100米2分鐘就到酒店。這站是三條地鐵線換乘處，非常方便。 （🛀）設施：裝備齊全，免費的瓶裝水、咖啡、茶，燒水壺、冰箱、餐具、洗衣機、微波爐、麪包機，傢俱不新。 （👱♀️）服務：前台很熱情，耐心，可存行李。小妹妹還給打印機票訂單和酒店訂單來着。 （🍽）餐飲：單買早餐35里亞爾（約70人民幣）每人每天，是送到房間吃的，還不錯。 （💰）價格:2023.11.13時價320人民幣含税價，（不含早） （🎊）性價比：在多哈就算是性價比很高了 （🇳🇱）評價：📶wifi信號非常快，樓下有小飯店、小超市；床頭插座只有一個且方孔三角的，可以加上！洗澡水不夠熱！望提高！

位置很好。地鐵特別近。房間也很安靜。非常滿意。

This was our second stay at this hotel. We booked a suite in November which was very spacious. The rooms have everything including iron and ironing board... They have everything in kitchen including a washing machine.. The Metro is literally round the corner and souq waqif is also walking distance..

The management and manager of the hotel are not professional at all. We came to this hotel because of its location, and there were constant problems during my stay. The rules and conditions changed all the time. When we tried to talk about this issue, the hotel manager argued instead of solving the issue. I am very disturbed by this rude and aggressive attitude. I definitely do not recommend it. There are a lot of options here. To have a calm and normal stay, other options should be considered for sure.
