I was lucky to check in this hotel, my room is a one-bedroom suite which is located at the upper floor. First of all, the services are warm, effective and professional. All staff take great care about the guests'needs and try to solve any problems. Very quick to response and understand vere well the exact demands of the guests. There are varied resturants nearby, seafood, cafe, Mcdonalds, Burger King, Arabic food and etc. Facilities are new and well-maintained, mattresses, bed sheets, comformters(duvets), pillows are comfortable. For my room, the most important is spacious. If I feel exhausted owing to jet leg or walking too much per day, then my room is a perfect place for relax.
I was hurry to check out on Feb 29, unfortunately I forgot to grab the fruit knife stored in reception. My room number is 1412, the luggage storage tag is 03209. The entire hotel is absolutely stunning, with impressive decor throughout the building. The staff are amazing and incredibly hospitable; their kindness really makes a difference. Although there were a few moments of miscommunication due to the language barrier, the overall stay was wonderful. However, I was a bit disappointed with the amenities. The swimming pool was out of service for four days of my trip without any prior notice, which was a major downside given the 46-degree weather. Additionally, the lobby is quite small, leaving little room to sit casually. The restaurants and cafes within the hotel are also quite pricey and cannot be used for lounging unless you make a purchase.

This hotel is perfect. Excellent views good food classy swimming pool and the icing on the cake is that they have a washer/dryer in each room. I have 15 days of dirty clothes. The bad news is that the washer/dryer takes about 5 hours to do a load. I was there for three nights and I got all of my clothes cleaned. There's a microwave there's a burner the bathroom's nice the fuse perfect the staff is excellent I have no bad things to say about this hotel except that I wish that I lived there. One one negative about this hotel is that they don't sell alcohol. You have to find another hotel if you want a glass of wine. There's a concierge to help you with travel plans and I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The Intercontinental is a good choice for consistency in a few ways: great amenities, beds, and choice at breakfast. This is my third stay with this brand and in Doha I found the same. Our room was comfortable and clean, we really liked the local plus Western breakfast choices, especially the cheeses, and we met kind service members. The location is okay for a trip to the airport mall or a walk along the Corniche street and the rooftop pool was nice. We’d like to thank the lifeguard Don for lending my husband a pair of swim trunks! We found staff available to help before we could even ask, each time. Thank you!

The hotel is in a great location: not too busy, but close to a shopping center, metro, and beach. The hotel itself is very modern, with spacious rooms, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast, and a well-equipped gym. The staff was friendly and helpful. I also appreciated the clothesline for drying swimsuits in the bathroom.
The only things I would suggest improving are installing a soft-closing toilet seat and fixing the ventilation system in the bathroom. We also couldn't figure out how to adjust the air conditioning, and the tap at the vanity is the wrong size. However, these are minor issues that may not bother everyone.

I had the most amazing time at this hotel! The staff were so attentive and lovely. It started off a bit quiet but by the end they definitely knew us and made sure we were taken care of to the best that they could do. I throughly enjoyed myself here. Special thanks to Deni (Concierge supervisor) and all of the team including the cleaners too. Thank you all so much, I definitely recommend this hotel! Breakfast was great. Poolside was lovely. We had our first lunch at the Italian restaurant Sel & Miel , the food and staff are amazing, they surprised us with cake and flowers for our 50th wedding Anniversary and took alot of pictures for us by their Polaroid camera. Special thanks to the best housekeeping ever who surprised us with the setup of our room. we were touched by invitation from Nassira and Huda to have moroccan tea at the lobby bar. I would like to give special thanks to all staff of Lagoon restaurant, Suhila, yasmin, Hatim, Elma, Duwi ,luyoni, and lovely Balaneeis girls who take care of us during our 5 days stays. we definitely will come back and recommend The Ritz Carlton to our friends and family members.

PPengguna TetamuI had a great time. It was like a home away from home. The hotel staff was very helpful they made my stay at the hotel exceptional, they helped me with recommendations of places to visit, telling me more about what activities take place in those places.
They were always available on the phone(front desk) and they provided assistance wherever it was needed in a short space of time.
I-only had breakfast once, which I think can be improved, but that’s my opinion.
With that being said, I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.Thank you.

Daripada kekurangannya, adalah mengejutkan bahawa tiada berus gigi atau ubat gigi di hotel 5 bintang. Satu botol syampu dan perapi kecil untuk 2 dewasa dan 1 kanak-kanak selama dua hari. Ini teruk.
Saya sangat terkejut dengan harga sarapan pagi: 125 reai Qatar untuk dua; mereka juga kononnya memberi kami diskaun 50%, jadi 250 reais. DD-MitriiI stayed at this hotel in July with up to +45C on daytime and still enjoyed to walk around because at Souq Waqif labyrinth of trade streets you will always find a shadow and things to watch&buy. Souq Waqif Boutique Hotels are actually a chain of nine hotels scattered close to each other around the same area of Waqif market, so be aware that your room, reception desk (Al Mirqab hotel) and the restaurant (Al Bidda hotel iirc) could be in different buildings. Its not a problem though, because the hotel providing you a free electric car transfer for the breakfast. I stayed in Najd hotel which is right in front of the Al Mirqab and I love its interior and location right next to the Ali Bin Abdullah Street exit of the Souq Waqif metro station - you can get there right from the airport. There are plenty of restaurants and small cafes around for every wallet, plus few popular attractions such as Museum of Islamic Arts, Corniche promenade and Islamic Cultural Center are within walking distance. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone who wish to feel the Qatar vibes while enjoying the good service.

PPengguna TetamuIt was great! We arrived very early ( before 7:30am ) and never expected our room ( superior room double queen ) to be ready. But indeed the night manager was there to extend a very warm welcome and served us drinks and damp towels to freshen up , then proposed to show us another room if we were interested so we had a choice. So he brought us to view both---the one we originally booked and a one bedroom apartment in another building that he thought we might want to see. We found the latter more spacious and brighter and the affable manager immediately offered us a complimentary upgrade even before we made our decision. So we eventually went for the apartment and within minutes all our suitcases were brought up.
The nice apartment has a living room cum a dining area , and a small balcony. There is an open kitchen with complimentary snacks and drinks in the fridge, plus assorted tea sachets and coffee capsules. Fresh bottled water replenished daily and it were the little things they put after housekeeping left that made the stay extra comfy e.g. the little book mark placed on one of our books, or extra velcro ties for our cables and chargers casually lying around the desk.
The main bathroom is spacious with all the toiletries daily replenished while there is a separate toilet at one end. In the living room there is a nook with a desk and stationery, plus all the cables and cords for any type of phones and gadgets.
We never had to ask for iron and ironing board because they were already provided, placed inside the wardrobe. The safe was not functioning properly ---failed to lock when we first checked in, but soon they sent some technician up and got it fixed the next day.
Bedding is starched white , very clean and very white. Air con is at a comfy temperature although it was over 44C when we were there it was never too uncomfortably chilly.
Concierge is pleasant and helpful and UBER taxis are convenient.
There is a Harrods cafe just down the hotel pathway, a rough 3-4 minutes walk , plus other restaurants, cafes and ice cream parlours in the area. There is a Chinese restaurant that is under MO that boasts the best Chinese cuisine in Doha.
The Souq Waqif is within walking distance, but the place only comes alive after 5pm when the sun is less scorching. In the day time hardly a soul is found on the streets. People just flock to malls. There in the souq you can find rows and rows of shops selling herbs and perfumes, clothes and shoes, as well as restaurants, cafes , grocery stores and souvenir shops.
MO Doha is in a safe area even after midnight because at night there are security guards stationed at almost all street corners where the streets all link up and lead you back to the hotel. Doha people are friendly and nice , and Doha is a very disciplined and safe place so there is no problem for anyone , or specifically women , to venture out on their own any time of the day or night.
MO Doha certainly has top security at every entrance and exit , the hotel is very clean and comfortable albeit the shower could be a bit more powerful. All in all, I would not hesitate to stay there again.

However this time i had a problem with bus bus shuttle: we were waiting with an other customer from 23:50 to 00:10 at the bus stop at the airport, but bus didn t show up. We had to finally take a taxi. My recommandation would be to put a much bigger “hotel name” on the bus, otherwise it is a mess.

Hellen was amazing she went above and beyond for me during my stay at Mondrian. I even left some bits behind which I only noticed 2 days after leaving the hotel. Hellen called me back after I alerted the hotel and informed me that my items were stored in a safe space and gave me a reference code to collect my bits.
I would advise also expanding a beauty services in regards to manicure with gel nails. I went elsewhere through recommendation of the hotel reception staff.
