The hotel is short walk from Thorne North railway station with connections to Goole and Doncaster. and close to M62 motorway. The village is around half a mile away.
The rooms are simple but clean and fine for s short stay. There is a restaurant in the pub (15% discount on food for hotel guests) as well as Aldi, M, and KFC nearby.
Room has kettle but could do with fridge, price is high enough for little extra comfort.

Location is great and big free carpark. Plenty of fast food restaurants around as on a shopping park. Close to motorway. Bed was comfortable and lots and of sockets next to bed.

Great location, rooms were clean and have very good facilities. Only downside was they took a while to find the member of staff to check us in but other than that it was perfect for what we needed

A very good stay here for 2 nights. A nice quiet room which was nice and clean. All the staff we encountered were extremely friendly , helpful and efficient. Plenty of parking onsite as well. Breakfast was excellent, nice fliter coffee and the cooked option was very good . Our only gripe was that the mattress was too firm for us and needed a topper . Saying that we will definitely return when next in the area . A very good stay overall , thank you .

On the whole a sensible well appointed no frills room. Clean and pleasant with a simple check in and good parking. Let down by the simple facts that a wifi code was nowhere to be found and there was nowhere to put a suitcase or bag . So easy to put this right and make a 5 star experience.

Great atmosphere and customer service, very welcoming and great staff including linzi, Shannon, etc… The food was very well cooked by good chefs and will definitely be back Bar staff were amazing and very friendly, not a single problem when visiting.
