Beautiful riverfront view, large bathtub, delicious breakfast, ride to train station, warm friendly staff. Can't really ask for more. From here I could easily walk to most interesting parts of Dong Hoi. I'd come back for sure.

A group of us stayed in nam long for a number of months last year whilst we were working in Dong Hoi. We all the best time here, welcomed and looked after by a group of staff who treated us like family for the entire length if our stay, cooked our food every day to take to work with us. Rooms cleaned daily and a great generally great place to stay, perfect location, evrrything you need is within walking distance. The phong nha national park only a half an hour drive away which can be sorted out by the staff here for you. You will not be dissapointed with a stay at the nam long, if you are looking for a homely loving place to stay this is the place to be, with staff who go above and beyond Thank you once again to everyone at nam long for the most pleasent stay.

We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. Room was clean and spacious. Not all the staff was able to speak English but this is not unusual in Vietnam. Through the staff which did speak English we were able to book a daytrip to the caves in Phong Nha which is absolutely worth a visit! Staff in general was very helpful and even booked us tickets for the sleeper train to Hanoi. Location is very good although it is generally quite difficult to find a restaurant with a menu in English (we managed with pointing out pictures on the menu). Dong Hoi is a city with a lot of potential which, however, still has to be developed (lots of opportunities for nice bars and restaurants along the seaside which are not there yet).

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, auch wenn das Englisch noch etwas ausbaufähig ist. Die Auswahl an der Bar ist ebenfalls top. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist umfangreich, allerdings für Europäer gewöhnungsbedürftig! 😊 Die Aussicht vom Pool und den Zimmern ist sehr schön, gerne wieder!

I stayed at this hotel from 21 - 23th March 2024. Overall, my stay at SAM was fantastic. The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, making it perfect for both business and leisure travelers. The check-in process was efficient and the room was clean, with a lovely view and a comfortable bed. The bath amenities were also a nice touch. The staff were well-trained and professional, always ready to assist with any requests. I will definitely be returning for my next stay in Quang Binh. Highly recommend SAM Quang Binh for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

立地は全てホテル内で済ませるなら良いのですが、食事や買い物で町に行くならばやや離れているので、タクシー移動は必須でした。 部屋はとてもきれいでセンスのあるインテリアでした。 ランドリーサービスも10時まで出せば当日中に戻ってきたので便利です。 スパを予約したところ、シーズンオフでしばらく使っていないのかフェイシャルの機材が少し埃っぽい匂いがしました。また、気温が20度にも満たない状況で服を脱ぐのに、部屋が寒かったのが残念でした。真夏以外は暖房をつけてもらった方が良いです。 オンシーズンにまた来てみたいです。

Good hotel. Upgraded room on high floor with great views. 500k per night and it was a large room. I was able to park my motorbike down underneath which was a bonus. When l arrived it was lunchtime for the staff tho the kind lady dropped what she was doing and checked me in straight away without a prior booking. Happy staff.

We had a very quick stop in Dong Hoi and this hotel was amazing value for money for us. We checked in early in the morning and basically just needed a place to rest, shower and charge our phones, so this place exceeded our expectations. The room was big and clean, the AC was good and the bathroom was clean and good. 7 minutes drive from the train station. Great value for money!

Oleh kerana hotel asal dibatalkan tanpa sebab, hotel ini ditempah buat sementara waktu. Perkhidmatan kaunter penerimaan tetamu hotel bagus, biliknya bersih, tetapi beberapa kemudahannya rosak dan tidak diperbaiki, dan ada beberapa pupae serangga yang tergantung di dinding. Semasa saya meninggalkan rumah pada keesokan harinya, saya telah menutup kadnya, tolong bersihkan bilik, tetapi ketika saya kembali ke hotel pada jam 6 petang, saya mendapati bilik itu tidak dibersihkan. Penduduk lain di tingkat yang sama mesti membunyikan loceng pintu yang salah dari semasa ke semasa.
