由於颱風會帶來大雨，調整行程選擇市內靠譜酒店。經過多個平台和綜合評價對比，選擇了國民品牌入住。 統一的接待服務標準很到位，應我們要求選擇了頂層比較安靜的房間，但進屋後聞到明顯的煙味，對不吸煙的人來説很刺鼻。明明標識的是禁煙房，看來之前的客人素質低，這怪不了酒店，環境是需要大家來維護的。馬上致電前台詢問更換房間，服務員幫我們開了電梯旁的一間進行確認，應該是上一住宿不吸煙和噴過空氣清新劑的緣故，這間味道可以接受。入住後查看房間發現衞生間洗面台的地上有衹活蟑螂...馬上把還沒走遠的服務員叫來處理，服務員用墩布壓住拖出房間，還不時抱歉説有打葯消殺，可能是有客人點外賣帶來的。總之，看到了，還看到了活的比較忌諱。 客觀地説拋開這些其它還都好，房間佈局舒適，桌上備有意境餐具和紅茶、白茶供客人享用。房間是整體木色裝飾，不論是色調還是裝飾感覺都有些走MUJI風格，床頭放了一本創始人自傳，可以供人閑時更好地理解酒店想傳達給客人的訊息。體驗感中等偏上一些，沒有選擇的時候會優先考慮。
