Hhappy explorerHotel is located below a billiard club with constant streaming of outsiders customers, smokers, noisy environment! Lobby and lounge area is used by other building visitors, delivery boys with obvious security lax. Not conducive as a hotel for vacationers.

CCathrin. GI had an amazing stay at Ji hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Songsan area. The environment is exceptionally clean and well maintained, which made the entire stay feel comfortable and relaxing. The hotel features a modern and stylish design, with beautiful interiors that give a very luxurious and contemporary atmosphere.
The room was very spacious and thoughtfully designed, providing plenty of comfort and space to relax after a long day. Everything felt new and well organized, which added to the overall premium experience.
One of the best things about this hotel is its excellent location. It is very convenient to travel anywhere in the city, with many attractions easily accessible nearby. There is also a large shopping mall directly beside the hotel, making it incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and entertainment without needing to travel far. The traffic at this area quite heavy and a lots of cars sound their horn that could be disturbing, however I didn’t experience the noise pollution after late night hence it is acceptable to me.
Their breakfast start from 7am-10am and plenty of choices even though only Chinese style is served. Hopefully their coffee machine is working in the future, as an overseas traveller, coffee is part of our basic need.
One thing I wish to special highlight is about the free laundry, you can view the available machine slots from your room (open the TV and you can see the info). Super convenient! You don’t have to walk all the way to the laundry area to check by yourself.
I would definitely give this hotel a full 5-star rating and look forward to staying here again in the future.

PPengguna TetamuOutstanding hotel, highly recommended. Well-located within walking distance of Dongguan’s 33 Town entertainment district, and not too far from the main railway station.
Rooms are large, clean, and very comfortable, well-stocked with lots of useful items. The bathrooms are clean and well-presented, with the full range of amenities.
Breakfast is excellent, with a wide range of foods, all well-cooked and delicious. I didn’t have time to try the hotel restaurants but I’m sure they’re excellent too.
The staff are efficient, polite and discreet. Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy. Amy was particularly helpful - thank you! An aiyi delivered a gift of fruit and a soft toy, which we liked, and the doorman was very polite too.
I will definitely be back!

CCathrin.GThe hotel provides a wide range of amenities that made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I especially appreciated the daily housekeeping service, which kept the room clean and fresh throughout my visit. The room itself was quite spacious, even though I booked one of the more budget-friendly options, which was a pleasant surprise.
One area that could be improved is the lighting control in the room. There is no central switch to dim or turn off the lights, so I had to walk around the room to switch off different lights before going to sleep. Additionally, the bathroom layout separates the toilet from the shower area, requiring a few steps to move between them.
The hotel provides clothes washing services but it’s chargeable and the price is on high side. One piece of normal ladies pant cost RMB50, male pant cost RMB45. If you give the clothes the housekeeping staff before 11am, they will send the clothes back to your room within the same day.
Pullman Hotel also offers several in-house dining options, including Chinese and Japanese-style restaurants within the premises, which made dining very convenient. If you order food delivery , they have the robot machine to send your food to the room, just make sure you indicated the room number clearly. The lift required a room card to access hence the dispatcher will not be able to send the food to your room.
Hotel staff is helpful, I requested them to collect the parcel on my behalf from the locker located at basement and they acting it very fast. Keeping them for me even though the check in date was a week later.
Overall, it was still a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Pullma.

MmeiwentiGreat Hotel with Excellent Facilities, But Poor Tennis Court Experience
We stayed at this hotel recently and overall had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is located just 700 meters from the metro, making it easy to reach. The property is spacious and includes an outdoor pool, indoor pool, sauna, gym, a tennis court (details below), a large dining hall, and two separate massage areas offering various treatments.
Room & Service:
The rooms are clean and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a larger room upon arrival. The staff were friendly and polite.
Food:
We’d rate the food 3.5 out of 5. The buffet is advertised as European, but the dishes lean heavily toward Chinese cuisine. Breakfast wasn’t to our taste, so we decided to skip dinner.
Massage:
There are two massage salons. We booked a foot massage, but the therapists ended up giving us an almost full-body massage, paying extra attention to sore areas. It was a wonderful experience — 5 out of 5.
Pools & Sauna:
Both pools are open from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. If you prefer fewer people, we recommend the indoor pool around 7 a.m. and the outdoor one around 2 p.m. The pools were clean and warm, and we appreciated the Swedish sauna in the locker room. Again — 5 stars.
Gym:
The gym is well-equipped and never crowded. Open from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. — another 5 stars.
Tennis Court:
Unfortunately, this was the only major disappointment. Despite several attempts to book and show up at the scheduled time, no staff were present. Phone calls were ignored or we were told, “I don’t have time to talk.” We eventually got a refund (booked via *******), but the experience was frustrating and unprofessional. Rating: 1 out of 5.
Overall:
Aside from the tennis court issue, we were very happy with our stay and would recommend this hotel to others. Great amenities, clean rooms, and a peaceful environment.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaNo doubt this was definitely a 4 Star hotel but without a major upcoming renovation and refurbishment, it is rather impossible to ensure quality service in the future.
I am a frequent traveller to this town but this is my first time to stay in this hotel and I have the following findings in my 2 days visit in this hotel.
First of all, upon check in, my request for a non smoking room was not observed but fortunately the room I got had no strong odor of cigarettes. So I didn't ask for a room change. However after I stayed in the room with a/c on full blast for 2 hours,, the room was still rather warm. Then I have no choice but to request a room change. Unfortunately the TV in the new room did not operate at all, so they changed the TV for me instead of changing the room again.
All I can say is that those staff seemed to be responding fast and professionally. Nevertheless this exposed the lack of proper maintenance in a/c units and TV, hence caused inconvenience to the guests and unnecessary workload for the staff. Hope the management seriously looks into it.
The breakfast was average without any stunning gourmets. I got 2 bottles of shampoo instead of 1 shower gel and 1 shampoo. The toilet was not working in full capacity and I needed to throw toilet paper into a trash bag to avoid clogging.
The swimming pool was operated by a fitness center and it had no sunbathing features and you needed to bring your own towels from the room. So don't expect a resort type of relaxation in the swim.
An ironic issue is the complementary fresh brewed coffee at the reception area. It caters only for black coffee drinkers as neither sugar nor cream is provided. Wonder if it is that much of a trouble to provide these basic condiments for coffee drinkers.
Last but not least, it could be a much better stay if all of the above didn't happen.
