Apartment clean. But the iron should be use 3 plug instead of 2, it wont fit with the wall plug. Should be replace.

I simply had to write a review. In a word: a complete nightmare. I'll keep it brief and stick to the facts. Please refer to the photos. 1. During our 5-night stay, we killed three giant, thumb-sized cockroaches. (We had to keep all our luggage zipped up to prevent bugs from crawling in and even slept with the lights on at night because of them.) 2. Towels were only provided once for our entire stay. We requested more, but they were never brought. 3. The bathroom constantly reeked of urine. I even bought an air freshener myself, but the foul smell was so pervasive it completely overpowered the lavender. 4. Lizards and red fire ants were present on the terrace. 8. We found small bugs crawling on the bed and pillows. 9. The bed sheets had mold on them. 10. The walls had dried, squashed mosquito remains stuck to them. 11. There was used double eyelid tape stuck to a surface in the bathroom. 12. We requested more toilet paper, but it was never delivered. 13. The bath mat was absolutely filthy. 14. We didn't dare use any of the kitchenware after seeing the filthy, rag-like scrubber and the bugs. 15. The fabric sofa was heavily stained and incredibly dirty (please see the photo showing hair stuck to it). After our 5-night stay, my 9-year-old daughter broke out in hives all over her body and had to see a dermatologist immediately upon our return to Korea. We will absolutely, unequivocally NOT be returning.

Good for families .. had swimming pool Big one and amenities are good .. value for money .. had a good enjoyment and relaxed .. good to stay I world hive 5 star

I booked a king-size bed room, but they checked us into a room with two single beds, and it was very dirty. After I told them it was the wrong room, they moved us to a “king bed” room. However, the bed was not a king size—it was only 1.5 meters wide, while the listing on Ctrip stated it would be 1.8 meters wide. There was also no mirror no towel rack in the bathroom. It’s very inconvenient. 

Semua okay cuma my room supposed to have a futon bed in it but there’s no futon bed in the living room and when i ask the owner about the futon bed they just bluetick my chat,hopefully they improve your customer service.

the wifi provided is very slow. i barely use the wifi cuz damn slow testing my patience. thankfully i have my own internet. but whats the point of buying airbnb and the rates are expensive for one night but the wifi is not usable?? what is TP-link? hello unifi? the rest is ok. just the wifi. and idk why the toilet is smelly? maybe the drainage.

There is no parking lot allocated. Have to turn round and round and round looking for parking. Room is not so clean and quite dusty. Even spotted few cockroaches in the toilet. Dustbin was damaged and unable to close. Bathroom itself having some heavy humid smell. Pillows too soft. Have to layer up two pillows in order to sleep. Wifi not working although connected. Shower room door handle too lose and almost easily getting damage. Pool and children playground is nice. Suitable for family.

1 stars for the accommodation, the toilet was leaking, the bathroom smelled terrible, the bed had flees and bugs, and there was a small of crap throughout the apartment as there is a pipeline vent in the rooms. Also, when you leave; it takes them 1 hour to process your deposit, so you’ll miss your flight if you’ve got an early one. The pool is good, the sauna is single sex only. Don’t recommend this place for the price it is.

I booked this place due to a flight delay—just needed somewhere to rest for a few hours. The room itself wasn’t bad, but there was a septic smell from a pipe near the kitchen (not the owner’s fault—it’s a building issue). Hopefully, the owner can push for a fix. Also, the bidet needs an O-ring for better function. Overall, it served its purpose.

just nice , but the parking for another car so hard to find because of cny holiday maybe.
