On 10 December, we sent the same reply twice — to your email address and again through the Trip.com chat — explaining that a 6:00 PM check-out is subject to room availability and cannot be guaranteed ahead of time.Even though we initially mentioned it couldn’t be guaranteed, we followed up on 11 December after receiving more information from our team: 12 December was fully booked, so the latest possible check-out was 2:00 PM with charges. We sent this update for your convenience so you would know ahead of time and could plan accordingly. Our reception team also tried to explain this during check-out time.We assure you that your request was considered, just like for all other guests, but due to full occupancy, a 6:00 PM extension was not possible. If you wish, we can provide screenshots of both emails and Trip.com messages for your reference.Thank you for staying with us, and we hope to serve you better in the future. 🙏🏼
