住過這家酒店幾3-4次了吧，夏天回来也是住这家、環境越來越差的感覺 卫生很一般 房间灰尘太大了。有鼻敏感的要留意一下，早餐几乎没有什么好吃的东西 稍微晚一点起来 啥啥也都没有了，不过这家服务态度还是不错的 做卫生的阿姨人也很好，我女儿落下的耳钉都细心的帮我们收拾起来，掉的贴甲片也会帮我们收拾起来放在桌子上。虽然打扫的不是很干净😅酒店每日都有送小份水果及小点心 ，过年期间房价偏高。另外特别点名感谢 前台郑佳妮帮我们家娃申请多一份免费早餐 ，还有一个男员工送的一份水果 不记得叫什么名字了🤣🤣🤣好像是叫俊杰吧

SSu HuiHotel room is very clean and well maintained. All items are in good working order. Very comfortable stay. Staff at counter and at entrance is helpful and nice. However in f&b section for breakfast, the staff service attitude could be better. The staff cooking noodles gave my noodles to other customers and didn't even apologise after I asked her where's mine. She just said plainly she will cook again. The main hall area has no seats for guests to sit while waiting for taxi or friends. Only 3 seats at the side of the hotel counter. Its really inconvenient for guests who are waiting for friends or taxi. The hotel needs to place more seats for guests at the main hall area.

CCoracoreycorzThis hotel is just a few meters away from Dongyang Yintai so it’s really easy to find and it’s convenient as the shopping center has a variety of restaurants, cafes and other shops. Their staff members don’t speak English at all but they did provide good service. They even offered us tea when we mentioned there was none in our room. They also helped us reheat our food.
I guess the downside is that it doesn’t really have other amenities like pool or spa but we were just there for one night anyway so it wasn’t a big deal. Considering the location and the service, it’s definitely good value for money.
I’d probably stay here again if I ever come back to Dongyang.

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel is beautifully designed with exquisite architecture. The finishing, furniture and decoration makes you feel that you are living inside a heritage home. The service provided by the staff is top notch. The owner has a very extensive collection of artifact and we were given a tour of his museum. We will also recommend the teppanyaki dinner which was very well done and professionally presented by the young chef. The setting of the villa is romantic and very restful. We will love to come back again!

PPengguna Tetamu淡季錯峯出行，酒店很乾凈，大廳明亮，配套設施完善，健身房，會議室，洗衣房，空中花園，陽光棚等，雖然很少有人會用，但是它有啊。我們定的大床房，整個房間都是智能設備，房間語音小度控制電動窗簾這些，可以躺在床上關閉窗簾。睡醒就叫小度打開，床都不用下，真的太方便了。房間燈光還有好幾種模式，觀影，看書都很有氛圍。早餐也很豐富，大人十八塊真的很有性價比，畢竟現在隨便在外面吃個包子稀飯也得十多塊了，品類還沒這麼豐富。油炸，蒸品，糕點，小餛飩麪條想吃啥吃啥。而且酒店位置超級好，就在夢幻谷和秦王宮中間，過來旅遊去景區特別方便。在橫店能有這樣的酒店真的太棒了，這個價格這個位置這個配置一級棒[強]

YYuki707This hotel is just amazing, super value for money, the style of the room is really unique, comfortable and give you a feeling of a home. The staff is super nice and doing their best to help. I tried the western breakfast which is bread and coffee as the Chinese one which I personally preferred but their were both really good, left it at our door at the selected time. The video projector in the room is also very good quality and perfect for a night movie in couple. I definitely will comeback to this hotel and recommend it.

I arrived after midnight due to significant flight delay and had to call reception. I was promptly attended to despite waking up the person. Breakfast spread has good variety (close at 9am). On check out day, they agreed to extend my checkout to 2pm so I was able to visit Yuanmingyuan for 2-3 hours before I leave. Location wise is good - street food stalls 2min away, supermarket 2 doors away, small eateries and cafes nearby and about 10min taxi ride to MingQing Palaces, Emperor Qin Palace, Qingming Shanghetu and Guangzhou and HK Streets sites.

KKelli TweHotel is located right beside Qin Palace scenic area, but is isolated with one restaurant beside the hotel and a few similar Chinese restaurants down the street. Best to get a cab for travelling especially at night. Hotel room does not provide fridge which is a down side but free self service laundromat made up for it. My partner got sick on the second day and staff Rosie (Ling) was super helpful by assisting me with medicine delivery as I did not have a local number and did not want to travel out alone. 非常感谢前台 Rosie 的帮助!
