This hotel was absolutely wonderful. The atmosphere was great, and the location couldn't be better – it's so easy to get to all the main sights from here. The service was exceptional. They even had maps of local attractions and performance schedules posted, which was a nice touch. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially one young lady who was particularly enthusiastic. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit!

The subway entrance is a mere 3-minute walk away, and you can take a direct bus to the airport right downstairs, making it effortless even with luggage! I absolutely *have* to rave about the in-room washer-dryer combo! As someone lazy when traveling, my biggest fear is accumulating dirty laundry. But to my surprise, they have a brand-new washing machine with a dryer function, and they even provide laundry detergent! I just tossed my clothes in, set the timer when I got back in the evening, and they were ready to wear the next morning – even more convenient than at home! The other facilities are incredibly comprehensive too: the AC can be controlled via smartphone, the bathroom mirror plays music, there are multiple charging ports by the desk, and even the mini-bar drinks are refilled daily with fresh ones. A detail-oriented person like me couldn't help but nod in approval! The room was so clean that even my OCD couldn't find a single fault! Stepping in, you're greeted with a bright, sun-filled ambiance. The bedsheets and duvet covers were gleaming white, and the bathroom tiles were so clean you could walk barefoot without getting dusty. Even the teacups felt warm and disinfected. The cleaning staff came three times a day. One time I forgot my room card and went back to get it, and I saw them diligently wiping the crevices of the bedside tables; they even cleaned the leaves of the potted plants on the windowsill till they gleamed. This level of hygiene truly puts your mind at ease! The front desk service truly warmed my heart! They offered hot drinks during check-in, which perfectly chased away the chill. The lady at the desk even circled less-traveled photo spots within the scenic area on a map for us, and she marked which dessert shops nearby were popular with locals. My friend's luggage was overweight, and the gentleman at the front desk ran up and down to find cardboard boxes to help us pack. He also arranged for a courier to pick up the package from the hotel. He was smiling throughout and didn't seem bothered at all. Who wouldn't love this kind of service?! This entire experience completely exceeded my expectations. No wonder my friends recommend it to everyone they meet! Now I'm also spreading the word; I've already recommended this hotel to several colleagues planning trips here. It's truly hard to find accommodation near a scenic spot that excels in transportation, facilities, *and* service. Next time I visit, I'm definitely staying here again!
