The front desk are really helpful and friendly. They had a great welcoming to the guests. Very clean and well equipped rooms.

We booked multiple rooms but a nice hotel - the rooms were clean and it was great that the hotel had a washer/dryer for the guests to use. The breakfasts were delicious. The hotel is very safe - you need your room key to get access to your floor. The hotel was also within walking distance to the night market and many other stores and restaurants. There is only one elevator so sometimes it was a little slow to wait for the elevator to come to your floor.

Located in the center of Hengdian. Convenience with supermarkets, restaurants nearby. Not far from walking streets. Walking distance to Hengdian World Studio (QingMingDiHeTu Zone). Clean and comfortable room with modern facilities. Breakfast is chinese food.

Having stayed in so many hotels, this one really caught my eye! As soon as I entered the room, I was attracted by the spacious and bright layout. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and I slept soundly all night. The bathroom was separated into dry and wet areas, and the smart toilet was very user-friendly, with full marks for details. The gym equipment was very new and varied, which fully met my exercise needs. The hotel's breakfast was even richer, with Chinese and Western food, and the freshly squeezed juice was refreshing and delicious. The staff was warm and thoughtful, and they made people feel very caring from check-in to check-out. I will definitely choose this place next time I travel!

We decided on a spontaneous self-driving trip to Hengdian from Hangzhou. As we had high requirements for pillows, we chose Atour (zero-pressure pillows are great for personal use). The quality was still online, clean and comfortable. The girl at the front desk was very professional, and the housekeeping aunt was also friendly. It was perfect.

The room was nice, I liked the bathroom very much, the water from the tap was very strong, and the shower was great. The front desk was very nice and helped to store the luggage. The only negative comment was that I booked a non-smoking room, but the room smelled very strong of cigarettes. I endured it because I didn't want to bother the front desk to change the room, but I was still woken up by the stench the next morning, and the smell of cigarettes surrounded me all the time. It was so uncomfortable 😣
